company. Furthermore, the report will justify the nature of conflict and how was it created and
what affect does it have on results for firm. Lastly, it will define reflective statement that is based
on learning related to power, politics & conflict on current module.

With above learning, I have also learnt about myself in relation to what I have studied on
the module. For example, I had learned effective communication skills that I have and able to use
appropriately. With this skill I had gathered info about the impact of power, politics and conflict
upon those who are working in a company and play vital role in their growth more than the
rivals. While taking initiative to collect data about conflict and other factors, I felt that I have
increased my confidence level. I felt able to share my knowledge with other who will use that
according to the situation and effort to solve any conflict. I will use power in my career and job
ethically, without making any differences between current and new employees.
