sector to provide effective healthcare facilities to the patients. The studies regarding the clinical

ensuring that they are being provided with suitable care. Being the junior nurse, I have
effectively understood that the practice, as well as the experience, is being effectively required
where the specific written policies have been performed and where I have to follow the protocol
rather than my senior staff. The study of the protocol allows the nurses to understand their
