Leadership presentation
My adaptability to change is one of my biggest strengths.From
my precedent hiring was to interact with children , I was able to
return around a negative work atmosphere and set up a high-
supporting team as some young people which were extremely
interested in school activities.In terms of flaws, I think my
managerial skills could be better and I am continuously working
to improve them. My biggest flaw is that I tend to be too caught
up in the specifics of a job and spend too much time examining
finer things.I tried to become more into this by understanding
myself at regular intervals and allowing myself to refocus on the
larger picture.This way, I can maintain quality without
endangering the productivity or ability of the team to meet the
deadline. "I have identified some positive aspects of myself-
personality before I focus on the aspects I despise.The fear of
rejection, of not being a good listener and of always seeking
attention were among the negative qualities of the personality.To
overcome my own flaws, I think about what I appreciate about
myself and what I would like to be able to change.
From the above report it has been
analysed that effective leadership
skills plays very crucial role in
organising and controlling
management. It has also been
analysed that person needs to
analyse their weak and strong skills
in order to improve those to become
more successful in career.
My most recent leadership experience has
been working in a one with young children,
where I learned how to fully involve young
people. You have to do interesting things for
them in activities and you have to
remember that children have a short
duration of attention, especially when it
comes to academic studies over a long
period of time. Using educational songs to
motivate them to participate in activities
Then I give them credit to motivate them.

My strength is that I am good in building
relationships with people which helps in
connecting with children. I spent time in listening
to them that assist me in understanding their
opinions which reduces possibility of conflicts. My
weakness is that sometimes I become
unproductive and lacks my purpose. This means
that I feel not to perform or innovate new things
for children which discourages me. I have to
focus on reading and experimenting on new
things which could provide me purpose. To
become more purposeful in life I have to remind
myself about my goals and make myself more
productive by doing more things which I like.

REFERENCES
My strength is that I am good in taking care of people which means
that I can comfort someone who is facing any issues or not feeling
good. This make me in making children comfortable in classroom and
