INTRODUCTION
In organization, leaders play important role in development managing and maintaining
work as well as employees. In this competitive era, leaders are one who makes effective
decisions making process. Leaders are only able to perform when they use appropriate type
of leadership skills. In business, without leaders and managers, work cannot be carried out.
This presentation is based on leadership and skills which is used by leader to achieve the
results or goals. This slide gives a brief introduction about leaders and their importance in
firm. Also, it gives analysis of how leaders are responsible for managing employees & other
activities of businesses.

taken to understand concept of leader. Moreover, discussions have been made about good
manager who is responsible for managing everything in firm.

Effectiveness of leadership skills & importance of good business manager
An effective leadership refers to skill in which one is able to achieve goals, carry out
organization vision. When effective leadership is being adopted, it is easier to make

decisions in management in appropriate way. In context with Amazon, leader of firm use his
leadership style in such a way that everything is done with proper consideration (Sousa,
2019). Then a business manager is one who has responsibility of accountability, increasing
productivity, manages all work criteria.
