to (Hallinger, 2018) act of leadership also helps in creation of harmony between workers and
develops motivation in them. In practical aspect of a business, there is an important role played
by leadership and its functions. Ethical and honest leadership practices should be performed by a
leader in order to maximise the output of employees and maintain transparency in the business
functions. Leadership skills and styles should be adopted in an organisation with proper research
and strategy to develop business functioning (Leadership styles,2021).
