INTRODUCTION
Leadership profiling tool is an assessment tool of skills which they need to develop and
focus on individual's preferences. This study will show some effective leadership and
management skills that a project manager need to have with the main aim of accomplishing their
goals. It will also show importance of effective communication, team building and motivation
skills for becoming a successful project manager (Grayson and et.al., 2015). Leadership profiling
tool and with the help of some questions a manager identifies some skills which they require
developing and also show reasons of selecting all questions.

planning of a specific & particular project. There are some leadership and management skills that

interpersonal communication skills, team building skills, influencing skills, negotiation skills etc.
Team building: An effective leader and manager help team members and also make
them able to give their individual as well as group contribution for achieving goals. So it is also
