1.3 Project description
The organization “Globex” aims to enhance the productivity of
the farmers by reducing the time and cost that is required for
different products. Having 30 years of experience in the
farming field, the organization is using different types of
positioning technologies including GPS, optical as well as
various types of inertial technologies for giving proper
commercial solutions. It is found that in order to give the
opportunity of better service, the organization wants to
implement mobile based application with the help of which the
organization can be capable of collecting geographical
information as well as the various types of crops that they

prefer. In addition to this, the system also helpful in resolving
the difficulties that the farmers face earlier. Moreover, it is
analyzed that the application will be developed within the time
period of 2 months.

Leadership qualities to successfully lead a project
The effectiveness or success of any project generally
depends on the skills of leadership that a project manager
generally possess. It is found that communication is one of the
significant skill set that must be present within a project
manager for discussing as well as communicating the goals,
vision as well as mission of the project consistently. On the
other hand, it is found that a successful project manager must
have proper directing as well as coordinating skills in order to
resolve conflicts and for setting project milestones effectively.
In addition to this, delegation is considered as one of the
significant style of leadership that is considered to be critical in
many situations. Moreover, honesty is found to be integral
characteristics of any leader and it must be present within the
project manager so that they can be able to manage the
project effectively.
Techniques, skills, methods required for a project
manager in IT
The project manager in context to IT must utilizes proper
techniques that are helpful in managing the projects. They
must have little understanding about the programming
languages that are utilized by the developer so that they can
