that is Williams Machine Tool Company and Apache Metals, Inc. Both the case studies

By being creative- At the company, by creativity the managers encourage the employees
to work with each other. Due to which the collaboration increases and the employees of

Handling customers- Customer service skills are the one which allows the company to
coordinate with customers and that is why, the employees must be positive and
