employ a specific leadership style for a given project life cycle stage? Why or why not?
I think that project managers need to employ a certain leadership style and hence wise
stick to the same and perform the project execution stage. This ensures that better results can be
achieved. This is one of the major reason that better management of the project can be performed
as per the sectioning of the leadership style. Another aspect that is to be implemented is that the
team will be managed hence wise. This is one of the major reason that proper leadership style is
to be chosen and this will help in gaining better results. In case the leadership styles keep on
changing the main aspect that will be faced is that team members will not be having proper
alignment with the processing of the functional process.
As a project leader, is it more ethical to treat everyone in your project team similarly or
differently? Explain your reasoning.
As a project leader being ethical is one of the most important aspect that is needed to be
followed. The main aspect that is to be considered is that motivating the team members will be
ensuring the fact that the team members stay motivated. The main advantages that will be
received are as follows: -
In case the leaders are ethical in nature, it evokes confidence in the team and hence wise
the results that are received are better and hence this helps in better performance of the
team (Antonakis & House 2013).
Developing team member loyalty is also another reason that ethical aspect of the leaders
are to be maintained. This is one of the major aspect that retaining of the team members
will be acting helpful in performing the business management (Dinh et al, 2014).

The team members will be gaining more freedom in performing their duties and hence
wise the results that will be received will be better. This includes the fact that better self-
motivation can be gained.
Establishing trust in between the team members will ensure that they will confront the
problems that they will be facing. This will ensure that better understanding of the issues
will be performed by the team leaders and hence wise issues can be mitigated in a proper
manner.
The moral of the team members will always be high. This will help in bettering the team
performance. This increasing of the team morale will better the team performance. Hence
the result that will be received will be better (Antonakis & House 2014).
The most important aspect that is to be considered is that the environment of the work
place will be getting better. This getting better of the workplace environment will ensure
that not only the retention rate of the employees of the organization will increase but also
a better bond ion between the team members will increase (Chemers 2014).
With the help of proper ethical team leader a socio economic life balance can be made.
This will ensure that the team members will be staying content.
