Leadership is an ability of individual to manage various individual and people within
organisation so that best outcome can be gained. Leaders use various styles of leadership to
influence individual to work for better growth and success of enterprise. This report is about an
case study of “The Dag- Bruken ASRS case” which stated that various challenges are faced by
project manager in effective leadership and management. Therefore it discuss about various key
issues in managing people and the way leadership can be used to improve performance of team
