has gained international attention and lead the businesses to use more sustainable practices in
order to involve their customer in high manner. As after implication of COVID customers are
highly inclined towards using sustainable resources so that to prevent their health and
environment as well. This proposal is made for the major purpose of implementing sustainable
leadership programme so that sustainability can be promoted. The organisation taken within this
proposal is Tesco which is a retailer and involved in selling Clothing, footwear and home-ware.
A. Leadership Style
Leadership Theory
Charismatic Leadership Theory is a model which is used to define the behaviours,
activities and traits that helps in brining change and inspire Organisation workforce. The word
Charismatic leadership is known for influencing people by their communication and confidence.
The Leaders who can inspire and bring emotional changes in its followers are considered as
Charismatic Leadership (Bilan, and et. al., 2020). They have an ability to make their employees
commits towards achieving goals and objectives of Company. The Charismatic Leadership
ensure that their teammates work comfortably, they also take risk and sacrifice their comfort
zone for accomplishing the objectives. The Leader who have charismatic quality have high
confidence that helps them to deal the situation calmly, they also have faith in their knowledge
and skills. The Charismatic Leadership have excellent communication skills which makes
influence to others, they also listen with patience. They have a clear focus and doesn't distract
with their set goals, their motive is to complete the task with efficient and effective manner.
