Introduction
Depending on the rationality test, the intelligence as well as ability of individuals can be
measured (Rossi and Sekhposyan 2016). Through different tests, it becomes easier for
understanding the strength as well as weaknesses of individuals that can help to manage the
situation in proper manner. On the other hand, identifying the proper thinking style, it can help
analyzed its impact on the managerial operations. The purpose of this study is to shed on the
rationality test report and analyze its significant impact in case of identifying the strength and
weaknesses of mine.
Discussion
In the professional field, it is very important for adopting effective behavioral
characteristics so that it can be easier for individuals to establish their image in the leadership
field (Rossi and Sekhposyan 2016). In case of analyzing the management style as well as
thinking ability, the rationality test can help to analyze the importance of behavioral economics
of mine. By highlighting the particular emphasis on the cognitive biases, it can help to highlight
the tendencies which can drive the bad judgment quality of mine. Analyzing the rationality test
report, it has been identified that pointing out the stress and weakness of mine is very important
in case of understanding the decision making abilities of mine. As per the rationality test report,
it has been identified that I am a free spirit. Being a free spirit, I prefer to deal with the situations
more emotionally. Colorful and artistic parts can be considered as the important behavioral
characteristics of mine. It cannot be denied that near about 21% of the total population are the
free spirits (Guidedtrack.com 2019). Analyzing the score, it has been identified by me that I tend
to trust on my intuitions in which I prefer to size up the situations based on my judging abilities.
By continuing this, it has also been identified by me that I am carefree and open. I prefer to live

each and every moment. I prefer considering the information without making any dispute, which
can be considered as one of the disadvantage of mine that can impact on the managerial
functions of mine. I am able to override the intuitions if those will mislead me. Analyzing the
strength and weaknesses of mine it has been identified by me that I have the 7 specific reasoning
skills that have shed light on the strong abilities of mine (Guidedtrack.com 2019). However,
analyzing the strength of mine it has been identified that I prefer to learn from the past mistakes,
which helps to increase the self-analyzing ability of mine. I prefer in involving in the evidence
based arguments, which ensures the critical analytical abilities of mine.
Analyzing the quantitative reasoning score in which I got 43.75%, it can be said that I
have the mental ability to manipulate the numbers as well as others quantitative information
(Guidedtrack.com 2019). On the other hand, it has been identified that I have ability of doing the
quantitative reasoning, which can help me to take the management related decisions. In future
based reasoning I have scored 68.75%, which means I have the ability to develop the realistic
budget and suing my previous experiences, it can be able to perform as a manager in long term
projects (Guidedtrack.com 2019). In the evidence evaluation score, I have score 43.75% which
means that I have the ability to evaluate the outside information as well as the theoretical
applications in the workplace (Guidedtrack.com 2019). By continuing this, it can also be said
that I prefer to investigate in every information before taking any decision. I also prefer to
understand the values of individuals. In the cognitive awareness, I have scored 31.25% which
indicates that I have the ability to analyze my own intuitions and also I am able to override the
intuitions if those will mislead me (Guidedtrack.com 2019). Analyzing the strength and
weaknesses of mine it has been identified by me that I have the 7 specific reasoning skills that
have shed light on the strong abilities of mine. However, analyzing the strength of mine it has

been identified that I prefer to learn from the past mistakes, which helps to increase the self-
analyzing ability of mine. I prefer in involving in the evidence based arguments, which ensures
the critical analytical abilities of mine. My behaviors sub-constantly and constantly being shaped
which makes me more rational.
Analyzing the weaker reasoning skills of mine, I have the tendency to explaining my
point of view to the audience. Due to this reason I can be driven towards the unnecessary fret
over frightening approaches, which can drive me towards ignoring the issues rather than solving
them. As I have the characteristics to come up with the explanations in that case it can lead me
towards anxiety and stress. It has also been identified by me that I am highly susceptible towards
the sunk cost fallacy. By continuing this, the biggest weakness of mine is due to lack of
understanding abilities, I mostly prefer the evidence or quality based information. I blindly trust
the evidence which are being provided to me. I prefer following the mathematical formula rather
than the qualitative analysis. I believe, these characteristics of mine can create challenges for me
in case of performing my job in proper manner.
Conclusion
In this study, it can be concluded that the rationality test tool has helped me to understand
all the strength and weaknesses of mine. By continuing this, it can also be said that it has helped
me to understand my strength as well as weaknesses. Understanding my abilities it has been
identified by me that I can be able to manage a team. I am quite emotional and try to make my
decisions emotionally, which can ensure the strong bonding with my colleagues.
