INTRODUCTION
 Leadership is an ability which an individual person
should acquire and obtain where it helps to lead the
group of people in definite manner.
 The leadership ability is used majorly at the
workplaces where the leader has to guide and lead
the employee and staff members at their working
process so that they can easily manage the working
and can achieve their set goals and targets.
 The present report will cover up the importance of
the leadership and leading ability and perform two
appropriate theories and models in definite manner.
Also, the report will reflect the learning and explain
the learning process of the leadership styles.

Angela Merkel: Profile
Angela Merkel is a retried German politician and a
scientist who serves chancellor of Germany from
2005 to 2021.
 Angela Merkel has a strong communication skills
and able to interact with the geographical people
as she had learn different languages as well.
 She has earned her schooling from German
Academy of Science at Berlin in 1986 and
University education from Leipzig.

REFLECTION
 Being a retail organization leader, I identified that leadership abilities and styles plays a
significant role in an individual leader's life.
 Leadership is a skill where I am responsible for guiding and leading the employee and
staff members in the working activities from where they can perform well and can
provide the profitable outcome to the retail organization.
 To become an excellent and responsible leader, I learn and improved my different
skills and abilities at my academic period from where I always wanted to perform well
at the position of leader.
 From my academic sessions only, I started to grab the knowledge and started
developing a willingness to learn and listen where a leader should be a good listener
from where only I can listen to the issue and problems of the team members and can
provide the appropriate solution.

 Thus, leadership style is important for an individual where I also acquire the
appropriate amount of benefit by using the situational leadership trait or a theory where
I am able to take the proper decision as I improved my decision-making and problem-
solving skill at the time of the academic which helps me in today times as a leader
position and role.

leader from where I am able to handle and manage my employee and staff members in
