Being a retail organization leader, I identified that leadership abilities and styles plays a
significant role in an individual leader's life.
Leadership is a skill where I am responsible for guiding and leading the employee and
staff members in the working activities from where they can perform well and can

To become an excellent and responsible leader, I learn and improved my different
skills and abilities at my academic period from where I always wanted to perform well
