INTRODUCTION
The individual having the ability to influence the other people is termed as leaders. The
leaders have the ability to influence and motivate others. They have a numerous followers who
listen to them and obey them. Where as management is the ability through which the work to be
performed by other people (Buhagiar and Anand, 2021). A organisation requires most an
effective leader and efficient management system in order to have a smooth working of the
organisation. They both plays a vital role for effective management and also to improve the
performance of the organisation and employees. The good management leads in achieving the
organisational goals quickly. This file includes the ability of leadership and management which
an individual have his strength and weakness. Most importantly what are the which they are
performing to improve their weaknesses.
MAIN BODY
Reflection
The most important skill required for being a good and powerful leader one must have a
strong communication and influencing skill and this skill is the skills which I analysed in myself.
I have a good communication skill along with strong influencing ability (Megheirkouni, 2018). I
am able to mange a team in a very well mannered. I want my team to be same, so I use to give
them proper guidance which will help them in improving their communication skills. As a leader
the most annoying thing which I found in myself is that I am short tempered. If someone don't
listen to me and disobeyed me, then instead of try to correct their mistakes I use to get angry very
quickly. At the moment I don't even have control over my words. This always results in have a
bad environment culture among the team. To control my anger I am practising Yoga and
medication in order to keep myself cam. Apart from this I am reading some books of some
favour influencers and good leaders, so that I can develop my skills and mange my team more
effectively. Having a strong communication skills is my strength, by having this soon I develop
the influencing skills too. Because of having good communication people use to listen my and
sometime follow my words too. So I decided to work on my this strength and by reading
inspiration, motivation and different books written by famous personalities I increased my skillls
and ability. Soon I start gaining knowledge from the mentors. All this things results in changing
my mindset and I started thinking like a leader. I understand to whom the authority is to be

delegated. Identifying the right person from the team and handing over the responsibility was
initially very difficult for me, so I am taking guidance from some mentors who helps me in
understanding about personality development and to understand the meaning of signs and
gestures used by people. This will help me in understanding what the person standing in front of
me is trying to say. I biggest weakness I analysed in myself is my anger and I can't adopt the
things easily. My habit of being anger destroys all the work done by me and sometimes
demotivate my team. This is also the main cause of having conflicts among the team. Apart from
this my habit of not adopting the things quickly makes my rigid and delays in the work. To
improve this I am trying not to react over small things. I tries to keep myself calm in every
situation. And to improve my habit of rigidity, I am planning that from now I will not take any
decision individually. From now onwards I will involve my whole team while making decisions.
I will listen to all my team before taking decisions. The most important thing I will give their
opinion or majority of peoples opinion priority (Bush, 2018). I will not disobey their thoughts
and will never enforced my thought on them. This will also helps me in reducing my habit to
being short tempered. Then after the implementation of the thing I will monitor the things and
take necessary actions is required. I will make timely follow up with team and will discuss with
my team do they want any help or is their something which they don't like and want to make
changes over it. This will improve my motoring skills too, which is very important while
performing the activity required to be a effective manger. A good management should know how
to identify the flaws and what can be done to improve that. Where controlling and monitoring is
required so that work can be done more smoothly and efficiently. Also I make delays in taking
decision. Even to decide a short thing takes me hours to decide is it correct or not or do I have to
make some changes over it. This makes all the work ineffective and delayed. Something this
habit becomes the habit of missing my deadlines. To improve my inefficiency of my work I will
start make to do list. This is a list which helps in knowing which work is of more priority and
which is not. So my checking this list I will prioritise my work and first attempt the work which
is more important and whose deadline can be missed by me. Then after that less important work,
basically this will help me in sorting my work (Adams and Velarde, 2018). By doing so I will be
able to achieve my targets on time and will not manage my deadlines.

CONCLUSION
From the above file it can be concluded that how important the leadership and
management skills for the smooth functioning of the organisation. At last with the help of

have and to improve his weakness what are the steps being performed by him.
