Part A
This report will describe the leadership and management of an organization. to reach with
desired goals, the company will rely on individual work and performance (McCaffery, 2018).
The reflection is focused on my own experience of leadership where I can manage all business
operations and functions in a better manner. Leadership is the ability which influences several
people to reach with organizational goals and targets. I analyzed that the leader had various
styles and functions which help them in performing business operations (Hallinger, 2015).
According to my experience, leadership is a dynamic procedure which changes as per the change
in the environment of the company. There are different types of leadership in business
management which include autocratic, Laissez-faire leadership charismatic, democratic and
transformational leadership. A leader can adopt any type of leadership style which are suitable
for them. Leadership is the procedure which mainly works on encouraging and motivating their
employees within an organization for reach with desired targets. They are performing work in
order to fulfill all the business requirements and needs.
As per my opinion, management is determined as the art which getting important things along
with people who are organized and manage all team or group members. In the management,
leadership is the dynamic process which helps in encouraging and motivating a person to achieve
potential business goals and objectives. I consider that the leader is capable of motivating and
inspiring another person who is performing their work as they want and need. They are
responsible for resolving any business operations and functions. In an organization, leadership
provides an important attribute which assists leader in enhancing and motivating employees
growth level (Hallinger, 2015). It can be analyzed by me that there is the various difference
between leadership and management which is mainly considered as a formal and it is highly
managed group of people. According to my view, the key component of transformational
leadership will help motivate and encourage several employees within an organization. it
includes inspirational motivation, idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, and individualized
consideration.

Like the presentation, I analyzed that Jack Ma who is the CEO of Alibaba group and use
charismatic leadership in which they can lead the people through attractive charisma and it
possesses a great sense of future vision (Renz, 2016). I think if they are doing efforts for
achieving future goals and vision so they need to possess a high sense of vision which can lead
the team in reaching major goals. In this discussed presentation, I examined that there are some
unique ideas which help in making appropriate decisions and thinking positively in a strategic
manner. In this, it shows that leaders dare to perform a complex task or work. As per the PPT
description, the clear vision of Jack Ma is always possessing clear vision and they are mainly
focused on becoming a leader in the online business (Donate, 2015). According to my opinion,
leaders are mainly concentrating on value rather than profit which maintain organization culture
with the help of a positive attitude. It can be analyzed by me that they need to choose the right
marketing efforts with the help of focusing on consumers, accept challenges. From the reflection,
the transformational goal is to help in uniting and develop connection among different people by
a focus on an organization core vision, developing a unique vision, connect networking.
As per my views, an organization recruits only skilled and talented employees who can achieve
desired goals. For this, they are providing them appropriate training sessions and investing
opportunities by identifying major threats which create a bad impact on business operations. I
reflect that there are various challenges for the business as well as a leader to expand their
business operations so they are mainly focused on improving their products and services.
According to my experience, a leader main role is to empower others where they act as a driving
force for all individual in an organization. Leaders always know that giving up the biggest failure
for them because they are losing their hope so they do not motivate their followers to reach
potential goals (Bush, 2019). In an organization, leaders need to resolve their issues itself and
focus on major areas of work where they can get higher opportunities.

While preparing the presentation, I was mainly focused on the content and format of the
presentation which should be attractive and unique in any manner. In this presentation,
leadership and management concept will be described and how this will help a leader to manage
and maintain their followers in the company. At the time of developing PPT, an individual need
to focus on its content, design, and delivery which help them in making an effective presentation.
As per my view, it is necessary for a person is to concentrate on ideas on leadership and
management related to teams and small groups. Leadership skills play an important role in
enhancing the growth and career of a person and an individual must have some technical skills
and knowledge. According to me, leadership skill is one of the effective attribute and trait which
can assist an individual to develop team and group of people who can reach with desired goals.
There are different types of leadership which need to develop a variety of skills and it is set up
for improving the personal skills and knowledge. I assume that leaders are managing all business
management concerns for increasing development and growth level. They are effectively
performing their work and resolve all followers’ issues properly. I think that leaders are one of
the important people who are necessary for organizational operations and manage all small
groups in the business. There are various qualities and attributes which must have among a
leader such as influence others, confidence level, decision-making skills, management ability and
motivate employees towards work (Bolden, 2016).
While making this presentation, an individual needs to focus on accurate content which is
relevant to the topic. According to me, a person who developed this presentation needs to use
various tools which allow creating and making communication with senior members. This will
enhance my skills and capabilities which help me in developing relevant content PPT. I was
learned that I need to take help with a visual presentation which is highly attractive and unique.
This will assist me in gaining and growing career level because it helps in enhancing skills or
capabilities. In my opinion, I was learned how to select correct and authentic content which help
develop a presentation in a better manner. It is required for me is to focus on formulating and
developing an effective presentation which shows all the main point on the heading and
subheading. I learned that PPT should be concise and easy to understand which helps evaluate it
in a better manner. I learn that I need to put a border and select an attractive background which

convinces the client. Along with this, for further considerations, I require to explore relevant
content which is related to a specific topic. There are various activities which help me in
connecting with the audience and focus on audience needs to capture their interest, develop their
understanding, and inspire their confidence and reaching with objectives (Amanchukwu, 2015).
