solving those issues then and there. It helps me to reduce the amount of impurity related to
my leadership when I try to lead others at adverse situation. Being a leader it is significantly
important to link each and every possible incidents from the series of events and from there a
quality leader will accumulate the positives in order to implement them in his or her
leadership. My personal assessment reflects that I believe that every incident has a reason for
occurrence. It is significantly important for a leader to think of other’s situation by imagining
himself or herself at his or her place. My personality defines that I am a kind of a person who
puts myself into the spot of the others in order to understand their current situation or
condition and that helps me to analyse them better. Such an analysis is always instrumental in
providing a quality leadership to the followers. My personality also aligns with the
individualization aspect where it is evident that I do have the capability to assess other’s
quality and with the knowledge of those unique capabilities, I am able to find out the way of

3. Connectedness
4. Empathy
5. Individualization
The reflective practice is an important tool for me in order reflect one’s actions in a
process of continuous learning (Lane et al., 2014). Reflective practice is a method in which I
will be able to learn from my own professional experiences. An individual gains important
insights from his or her own emotions, actions and responses from the reflective practice.
The reflexive practice forces me to the cause and effect theory (Hibbert et al., 2014). This
bidirectional concept is significantly helpful for me in order assess the cause of an incident
and the effect of that particular event (Hibbert & Cunliffe, 2015). Apart from this the method
is significantly influential in leaning the consequence of any event and the return of the action
as well. The reflexive practice is a loop concept combining the cause and he effect and that is
helpful for in order to analyze any given incident or event.
On a concluding note it can be said that the assessment will help me to observe the
drawbacks of my own personality so that I can improve myself on those sections and along
with that it will also help me to assess my own personality in a better way. This will help me
in portraying my personality to others.
