the stairs. Due to this incident, client wrist was broken down. This incident was occurring due
to the carelessness of the WHS management. Agent reports the incident to the company
manager and explains in detailed — the HR manager of the Max Lionel realty known to the
incident. The client is admitted in the women’s Hospital, so the company provides ambulance
facility to the survivor. It is a complaint by many times that stairs of the walking area are not
clean, and the facilities of the other exit doors are not correctly working. The client is in
threatening for suing MLR towards injuries. Due to this incident client suffer from the loss of
income and mental trauma.
It is also noticed that other incidents are occurring due to managers failed to manage the
system of WHS, such as incomplete recordkeeping maintenance (Grint, et. al., 2016).
