INTRODUCTION
A person's perception in deeply based on the academic and self skills that are been
possessed by an individual. Academic skills can be termed as, “appropriate knowledge and skills
or attributes that are possessed by an individual and helps him/ her to fulfil any study related
objective” (Elbaz, 2018). This will help the individual that will help in proper assessment of his
personal skill sets that are been help in effective planning of business operations and thus, will
lead an individual to effectively carry out any specific project or objective related gaols that
improves the overall performance of the organisation and thus, will lead the organisation to
perform a specific tasks and thus, will lead the firm to improve the quality of services. It will also
guide the organisation to improve the quality of services and other action plans that will help in
meeting the needs.
The present reflection covers the views and assessment in terms to write the reflection
report on learnings and how its helps to develop the skill and to manage the problems.
Appropriate synthesis and assessment was carried out on this topic that impacts the
understanding and suitable learning of the topic and thus will lead to do the activities in
appropriate mode. The present report will look over terms that how to manage the time and
problems incorporates in enterprise. In order to write the reflection report there can be use of
Gibbs model, It is tool that helps and encourages people to think systematically about experience
during the specific situation, event and activity. This model uses in terms to helping people from
the situation and experience on the regular basis.
Furthermore, the report will include the things as to identify the all learning and its component
and this all will be helpful in order to connect with chosen model of Gibbs. Thus, learning relates
with managing team and work towards to improve the quality of services so it will help in proper
explanation and presentation of an individuals viewpoints and findings. Besides this, it will help
in suitable presentation of the business operations and other assessment and evaluation activities,
effectively. Lastly, report will cover that what activities are learnt and what actions are to be
taken in order to be the better and effective learner in future.

For the present reflective report, suitable framework like Gibbs model of reflection is
been implemented that will help in proper assessment of the operations that will help in carrying

out operations effectively (Zlatkin-Troitschanskaia and et.al., 2018). However, effective learning
will be helpful in terms to reflect the experience of learning with the cycle of all stages covered
ion Gibbs model. This is very clear and precise and also allows for description, analysis and
evaluation of experience in order to make the sense of experience and examine the all learning
activities (Ebadi and Rahimi, 2018). This will assist in proper evaluation over learnings and how
its helps to manage the problems. The Gibbs analysis involves the following components within
a framework:
Description: At this initial stage, I have learnt to work together with other members in united
manner. This has helped in order to explore my ideas and skills. Thus, this has created the rift
among the people on the personal and professional level and it has helped us all to do the things
in proper and effective manner. In team, I have also experienced that division of work leads to
get the things done in the timely manner. Thus, in team we all have worked with the help of
setting the priorities and accomplish the set within set deadline. This helped me to gain good
knowledge by developing the core learning skills and attributes towards academic knowledge
(Skaniakos and et.al., 2018). This helped me to improve performance and various skills as time
management, communication and get engaged actively in work. Besides this, it helped me to find
out and evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of my own skills and I cam to know that how
effectively I can able to perform my role and it has helped me to develop the depth insights about
performing working within group.
Formerly, I have worked individually or just as a team, member. At this level, we all have
worked by setting the deadlines and divide the each task as per capability of team members and
also planned each things so that better results can be generated. This has helped to do the thing in
corrective and in more engaged mode. With the help of planning the each task and by assigning
the crucial task to each member the work can get completed. Being in team, I came to know
about the various things that will surely assists me in future and these are as communication,
mutual respect to team member the way of allocating the work and assigned in task. I have learnt
the meaning of responsibilities and this aids me in career to take the each little thing in better
manner.
Feelings- The learning is very crucial thing in life and better learning will aids to have growth in
future. During this process, I felt that I have improved my communication skills as I was able to
communicate the team member effectively. First, I was so bad in making interaction as I was not

much confident towards my skills and ideas related with any particular work. Thus, I have also
learnt to take the feedback of members so that if there is any deviation than corrective action can
be taken towards it. By working in team manner, I have also enhanced my understanding skills
and performed each task by willingly take participation in group meeting, gathering, formal and
informal communication with member so that I can explore my knowledge as much as possible.
Thus, in this learning process my core focus over developing my skills and knowledge so that I
can able to perform my role in optimistic and proficient manner. I just want to be confident
enough so I major focus over expanding my understanding skills. This kind of things has helped
me a lot in order to enhanced my knowledge towards the work and I have seen so many positive
changes within myself. This all will aid me in order to get number of better career opportunities
in my near future. At the previous, I was not that much effective in order to hand multiple task at
a time (Gibbs Reflective Cycle by Graham Gibbs, 2016.). After, setting the priorities and
deadlines to each activities I became capable to handle my things in more better manner. This all
leads to get the things in better and appropriate mode.
Evaluation:
At this, stage in order to get the proper evaluation, I worked as towards making note so
that I can evaluate the gap between the actual and planned performance. This tool has helped me
a lot towards developing the skills and I became able to perform in more better and appropriate
manner. The evaluation also had some bad or adverse outcomes that influenced the overall
operations and involved me as leader to carry out my leadership roles and responsibilities with a
higher effectiveness and efficiency. Other than this, the internal differences and lack of proper
communication were the major challenges that I had to tackle as a team leader. It assisted me to
carry out effective planning and management of various issues that occurred within the firm
while carrying out the assessment and evaluation process (Elbaz, 2018). This will help in
carrying out the operations and hence will lead the individual to carry out its operations and other
academic activities which improves the quality of services and hence, improve my effectiveness
as a leader to carry out academic skills and personal roles as a team leader.
The evaluation process is also important to test out the feasibility and effective planning
of the different learnings and will guide me to enhance the performance skills. This also helps
me in order to find out the strength and weakness ranging within me.

Analysis- From the above analysis I can conduct that this overall learning has helped me
in order to develop and get the positive insights. I learnt a lot from my mistakes and improved
my communication skills. The major task during this process was time management as I was not
good in it. As now, with the help of setting the priorities and I can able to manage the each things
in more appropriate and in better mode. This has helped a lot to do the each thing in better and
effective manner (Elbaz, 2018). The one of the best thing I have analysed that working in team is
so much of fun and it allows to divide the task as per capabilities of members and perform all
things in being united manner. Thus, this kind of learning will be helpful towards perform the
each task in appropriate manner. Furthermore, enhancement in understanding skill will he me to
get the positive result in future. This process can help me to get the things done in appropriate
mode and it will also helps me to do the each things in proper manner.
CONCLUSION AND FUTURE ACTIONS
From the above report it can be summarised that in order to improve and manage my
work I have to develop effective understanding of skills which helps me in learning and
improving my work. I have learned from the report that for improving work performance, factors
like by setting milestones, by organising planning of schedule, and for avoiding distractions in
working I never had to lose sight of goals which I have to achieved. For improving quality of
working in together, I learned about important elements of strong team performance. Such
elements are communication, mutual respect and to understand role of each other.
By receiving feedback from group members, I have learned to manage my work in a
group. For optimising my reading skills, I have developed my understanding in reading text
efficiently so that I will able to find mistakes of my own. By analysing appropriate strategies, I
learned to write reflective report. It also helps me in developing my reading habit and to
understand original journals and papers effectively. Lectures and seminars which I have
attendant also helps me in making more notes of particular topics and to develop the best work as
possible.
I have put more emphasis on making notes so that proper evaluation will get developed
by me. From this report, I also learned to develop my academic integrity where I have given
importance in developing correct paraphrasing skills. By developing reading habit, I also have
improved by writing skills and with this continuous habit my reflective writing skills got
improved. With the above report I also get to know about strategic approaches to reading, critical

evaluation in reading and to maximising comprehension and reading speed. This helps me in
making notes which are more suitable in terms of knowledge and requirements.
However, by understanding so much of learning, at present now also I am lacking in
some important skills, which I need to improve for managing my work and to write appropriate
reflective writing.
