EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
If you are a leader, then the world expects you to compete in a strategic manner. No
matter what are the odds, you are always expected to secure success. This is what the
executive leadership program is all about. On this auspicious graduation ceremony I am
delighted to share my experience of executive leadership program in Graduate School USA.
Graduation executive leadership program transformed me from an employee to a leader. At
the end of this nine month leadership development program I feel more confident, with better
strategic insight, strong leadership skills and deep understanding of global business context.
What really attractive me about this program is its global leadership content. While
pursuing this program I came across several experimental learning like leadership readings,
executive interviews, shadow assignment and leadership development plan. All these helped
me to get a firsthand experience of how a corporate leadership profile operates, the decisions
required to be taken during crisis management and how to manage a team. Previously I used
to nurture a thought that managing a team is like monitoring a class full of young students.
But, Graduate School USA gave a different insight regarding dos and don’ts of managing a
team. It taught me external awareness, enhanced my management effectiveness along tips to
lead a team in a change environment via acknowledging individual skills.
In my concluding lines, I would like to encourage more and more aspiring leaders to
enrol in this executive leadership program, as in Graduate School USA, you will get a group
of extra-ordinary leaders all around the world, you will get an opportunity to get groomed by
some of the outstanding faculty while growing networks with leading leadership practitioner.
