he/she can work in a better way towards that particular thing (Covey, 1989). On the other
hand, it is vital to provide proper training to the children so that they can grow up into a better
human being. I feel the support of the friends and relatives is required at the right time and
this will help the individual to gain confidence in order to carry out the task.
As problems are considered to be a part and parcel of every relationship, it is the
responsibility of the individual to overcome those problems and thus lead a healthy life.
Parents also play a major role in the success of an individual and thus there ideas and
opinions are encouraging for their children. Moreover, it can be said that an individual should
not lose hope or confidence if he/she is unable to carry out the task in a proper way. It is the
responsibility of the individual to check that he/she maintains a professional attitude in
his/her work environment. This will play a vital role in shaping individuals. This professional
attitude will guide the individual to develop a healthy relationship with the client and thus it
will help in the improvement of the business ideologies.
There are different personality approaches that manipulate the individual to be deceptive
and thus become successful in life. The success of an individual is judged by the skills,
behaviours and the attitudes and therefore it plays a vital role to lubricate the process of
human interaction. It can be said that confidence is important because it provides strength to
the individual to accomplish any task in a better way (Covey, 1989). As different individuals
perceive a particular thing in a different way, the composite picture of the entire thing varies

In this era of modernisation, there is the higher attention to paradigm shifting and this will
help in the improved level of understanding and thus provide more predictive value in
different subjects. It can be said that the experiences and the situations lead to the shift of
paradigm and thus it becomes easier to complex to handle a simple task as different
individuals view it in different ways. This fundamental shift in the thinking process is
considered to be a life-threatening crisis and therefore it throws light on different thing in a
different way (Covey, 1989). Moreover, it can be said that an individual perceives the thing
in a different way and the entire thing happens in a different way. There are huge differences
in perceiving and interpreting an entire task and thus this is related to human dimensions.
There are different principles associated with the creation of a particular object and this is
related to the principle of change and growth. It generates awareness and consciousness
among the individual’s and thus this is associated with different principles and natural laws.
It also deepens the relationship and the entirely natural process of work, as well as growth,
will make the entire task to be carried out properly. The level of thinking of an individual is
related to the way in which an individual solves out a particular problem. I agree that habit, as
well as the correct process of interaction of an individual, is vital for the success of an
organisation, Moreover, an individual should be independent and this will make it easier for
him/her to solve out the different problems in his/her life. Further, it is also necessary to pay
attention to each and every individual who is involved in a particular organisation. The
employees should not be discriminated on the basis of their position and there should be
provisions for balanced effectiveness (Covey, 1989).

I agree with the fact that every individual has the ability to guide his own thoughts and
actions and thus carry out the task according to his own way. Moreover, it is necessary to
learn from the experiences and the thoughts undertaken by other individuals and thus it will
map the basic nature of mankind. It is necessary to understand how an individual thinks about
a particular aspect and thus it lays impact on the attitude and the behaviour of the individual.
On the other hand, I also agree that an individual should have an idea of the social paradigm
and thus these are determined by the conditions and the actions of the individuals. I think the
difference between the stimulus and the response creates tension and conflict among the
individuals. An individual should have the capacity to judge the consequences and the actions
before taking a particular opinion and thus it will influence other individuals who are working
in a particular group. The circle of influence of the proactive and the reactive individuals
must be controlled accordingly and this will help to solve serious problems. There should be
no direct control that involves the responsibility to change the bottom line of the entire task.
It is necessary to take care of the proactive approach and thus this helps the individual to be
more co-operative as well as creative (Covey, 1989).
I think an individual should have the capacity to make commitments and this will help
him/her to develop better habits. It is the responsibility of the individual to be aware of the
own level of effectiveness and thus he/she can overcome the obligations and carry out the
task accordingly. It is necessary to participate in the visualization process and this will help in
strengthening the fundamental values. There are certain things that are created twice and thus
it will help in enlarging the values and the actions. Moreover, I think it is necessary to
develop self-awareness and thus it will make the individuals responsible for different tasks
and actions. There are some individuals who have the capacity to grasp an idea of the
different actions and this will help in the addition of value to the judgmental process.

religious centred or pleasure centred and thus this will help in carrying out the actions in an
effective way. The choice and the power of the individual differ across a different situation
and it is necessary to provide proper training to the brain in the correct way. I think the roles
and goals of a task are important in my professional life. There is no such use of imagination
in my professional life as I need to adhere to the norms and regulations of the organisations.
On the other hand, I agree that as an employee it is my responsibility to fulfil to the
organisational norms and values (Covey, 1989).
Part 3
There must be the provision of balanced self-renewal and this will help in the development
of actions in the right possible way. It will also help to deal with different aspects of self-
dimension and thus the entire task can be carried out in a better way. An individual should
have the better communicative capacity and thus this will help in the development of further
trust and respect among each other. There are certain rules and regulations that have to be
followed in each and every kind of relationship and this will ensure that there are success and
happiness in such relationships (Covey, 1989).
Moreover, I think that it is necessary to change the habits and the methods of influence and
this will help to control the entire situation accordingly. It can be said that the success of an
individual depends on the circumstances and the situation in which he/she carries out the

task. There should be proper utilisation of the personality ethics apart from the personality
growth, communication skills, as well as the strategies, reacted to positive thinking. It will
assist in the utilisation of human capacity and focus on keeping our own values and

who do not have primary traits and they consider social greatness as the most vital aspect. I
also agree that the way through which an individual observes a problem is a way that problem
is. For example, a particular task can be very easy for an individual and the same task can be
considered to be tough for the other person. Therefore, it can be said that the behaviour and
the personality of the individual plays an important role in mitigating the challenges faced by
him/her.

an individual has to work very hard in life and they must try to improve their confidence level
in every aspect. Therefore, it can be said that being confident will help the individual to draw
courage as well as different forms of resolution in life. It will help to carry out the task ahead
and thus complete everything in the stipulated time frame (Covey, 1989).
