and non-profit organisations. In this competitive environment, businesses are important because
it is essential for economic growth of a country which basically improves the standard of living
into positive manner. In the present report, Leadership in the workplace is taken into
consideration. The purpose of choosing this topic is that the organisation is based on work of a
leader's approach towards the vision, mission and goals as well(Donate and de Pablo., 2015).
This topic has been chosen due to this reason that a good leadership direct the organisation into
appropriate manner and also gives importance to the people so that they can work into
collaborative manner. Within the work place, leadership is important because it help in terms of
directing an organisation's resources in order to improve the efficiency and also for the
achievement of goals as well. Effective leadership at the organisational level basically provides
clarity of purpose, motivate and also guides the organisation in order to realise its mission. The
main objectives are what is leadership, its importance and its relevance at the organisational
level. The present report will cover discussion about the chosen topic and also about learning in
the form of as a result. In addition to this, the report will cover analysis about the gaps in terms
