Leadership is an ability of a person which enables them to influence the behaviour and
will of the others. Leadership is one of the most important and valuable aspect of the
organisation which enables the management to manage their employees in effective manner. The
role of leader are conduct by managers of the organisation under which they reflects the number
of skills (Guberina and Wang, 2021). This particular report is based on the aspect of role of
leadership in the organisation after COVID-19 pandemic. This report reflects number of
leadership aspect which helps to established considerable judgement.

Impact of COVID
COVID pandemic is regarded as one of the most biggest blunder for the business management in
the market as it ruins the overall business structure. COVID-19 pandemic becomes the
destroying factor for the organisation as the demand of market restructure can be arises. All the
parameters, indicators and factors of the market becomes ineffective as the conditions becomes
changed wholly. There are many businesses are present which does not survive at the time of
COVID-19 and closes their operation (Perspective on COVID-19 Pandemic Factors
Impacting Organizational Leadership, 2021). The global economy is badly impacted due to
negative impacts of the COVID-19. The overall structure of the organisation becomes collapse as
they have to face number of losses which is not able to be bear. It becomes essential for the
organisation to restructure their organisation and innovative the operations of the business
according to the new trends of the market (Hesbol, 2022). The aspect of leadership is also one of
the important and valuable aspect of the organisation which needs to be innovate according to
the situation. Leadership is one of the important factors restructure the human resource structure
of the organisation as it is the basic and valuable part of the organisation.
The Five Minds of a Manager
The mindset of the leaders has played important role to make the leadership approach of
the organisation more strong and powerful. If the mind set of the leaders becomes strong and up
to the direction then it becomes positive for the organisation to overcome from the losses which
is arises due to the COVID-19 pandemic (The Five Minds of a Manager, 2003). There are
number of critical and diverse problems are arises in the organisation due to COVID-19 when

present which should be present in the personality of the leader if they want to overcome from
negative effects of COVID-19. It is essential for the leaders top have e reflective mind set which
helps to established effective judgement about the situation or the event. It is related to those
mindset of the leader which enables the leader to focus in understanding and interpreting the
events or the situations. Reflective mind set provides the opportunity to the leaders to look ahead
as it helps to create strong and far vision for the organisation. If the vision of leaders becomes
able to foresight the future threats and opportunity then the creation of counter strategies can be
possible for the organisation. The leaders which are having analytical mindset becomes able to
analyse the complexities, problems, trends and information in effective manner so that effective
solutions can be taken out. If the leaders of the organisation becomes able to analyse the actual
loss or the problem faced by the organisation due to COVID-19 then it becomes possible for the
leaders to find effective solutions of the problems. Collaborative mindset of the leader is one of
the most important and valuable mindset which is required by the company to solve the number
of problems. It is related to those mindset of the leaders which is used by them to established
effective and healthy collaborations with the stakeholders to solve the related problems. There
are many organisations are present in the market which faced number of problems due to covid
pandemic but the level of resources are limited with these organisation to overcome from the
situations (Rahman and Subiyantoro, 2021). If the leaders of these organisations are having
collaborative mindsets then they are able to form effective collaborations in the market which
helps the company to arrange the number of resources in the organisation. It is important for the
leaders to analyse the related options from the market.
Leading change in difficult time
There are number of theories and models are present in the market which can help the
organisation to established effective approach of the leadership in the organisation such as trait
theory, transactional theory, transformational theory, transformational theory and many more.
All these theories of the leadership reflects different different styles and the approaches which
can be used by the organisation and takes correct decisions (Leading change in difficult time,
2021). It is important for the leaders of the organisation to analyse the situations and also the
nature of the business for the effective selection of leadership styles and theories. The success of
