This is on summarising the above obtained outcomes of the research
that was carried out to determine the role of an effective leadership
in enhancing the sense of motivation in employees. It was with a

investigator have referred to interrogate 4 of their leaders in order
to acknowledge their adopted tact of leadership. After which, it has
been scrutinized that there exists a principle requirement of
employing some more effective tools to lead the workers in a more
guiding manner. This is on the basis of the acquired findings of this
survey where a large number of responents are not agreed by the
concept of self motivation. However, it often plays a vital role in the
life of many individuals who rigorously believes to get encouraged
via it by not following the traits of anyone else.

Reflective account
It is on the basis of above carried out research on a retail based
enterprise of UK named ASDA where I have conducted it to
interrogate about the role of leadership that in turn motivate the
employees to a great extent. I have however faced certain
challenges that has tried to hinder my study with a limited
period of time and a restricted bugdet. However, my time
management skills have greatly aided me in it and I would call it
a strengthning factor over here. Due to which, I was able to
carry out my survey on time along with a planned budgeted
fund. Although, this investigation is in need of some more
improvements in terms of acquiring plentiful secondary sources.
For which, I am hereby required to amend my research skills.
