Introduction
The study will typically identify, analyze, and evaluate the effect of leadership roles on
organizational performance. A review of different literatures related to the field will be
conducted to determine the coloration of leadership and management roles on organizational
performance. There has been varying and divergent anticipations made on the effect of
leadership roles and decision in the effective running of organizations. Although there has been
various research conducted in the same field, no consistency in the results have obtained and this
makes it palatably relevant to conduct further research so as to establish the most dependable and
reliable results. Taking a critical examination of organizational performance, the chains of
authorities have a vital role to play in determining employee performance and retentions
(Friedman, 2017).
Research methodology
The study will make use of existing literatures, where a critical review of most relevant
literature will be conducted and the results tallied to determine the level of correlation (Nguyen
et al., 2017). To obtain the most relevant sources, Google scholar will be used. It will be attained
by searching for the key terms of the research study. For example, “effect of leadership roles on
organizational performance” (Lyubovnikova et al., 2017). Furthermore, to the attain the most
relevant information, only literature not later than 5 years will be used.
