Leadership involves leading the employees in order to perform the task in the
organization. It is the capability of a person or a group of person to influence their followers so,

in the mind of the people and helps in increasing the confidence.

Organizational culture refers to the way of behaving in the organization, it can be supported

The four types or leadership are:
Autocratic- It involves that leadership under which all the decision are taken by the leader itself.

Democratic- This form of leadership involves the people in the decision-making. It is suitable
for those organizations who focus on the values of the employees and motivates them to perform

employees about performing at the workplace. On the other hand, in terms of personal
development, leaders motivates their workers by implementing effective communication. A good
leadership results in the overall development of the people in the organization.

Industry & Professional connection refers to creating effective connections that are equally
beneficial for both the parties involved in it. The industry & professional network helps in

more fund for the production process in the organization along with this, it also helps in solving
