people. I have worked at Rivers Carbon Ltd as a Mechanical Production Engineerfrom April
2016 to April 2017, with a proven track record of improving work processes, and delivering
high-quality work with a customer-centric approach. I am always keen to gain knowledge and
improve my skills. My ambition is to realise my optimum potential in the engineering
industry, and utilise my relevant qualifications and vast experience to deliver superior quality
work consistently.
Relationship management criteria
I have the ability to create positive impression on the stakeholders by being quite attentive to
their requirements and the concerns. I am proactive in my approach to deal with the
organizational concerns and make it a success. In a given project, I used all my interpersonal
skills to arrange for the team meetings and succeed in the assignment. I included all the
members and conducted the group assessment efficiently. This project work highly boosted
my confidence level and inspired me to reach an attractive outcome wherever I go.
