With the help of Gallup Strengths Finder psychometric instrument I have analysed my leadership
strength and from which I am quite satisfied. As a result reflected on my leadership skills which I
have adopted for my self-development in the organisation. On the basis of my self-perception,
the leader should have the ability to think from the future perspective in the context of the
organisation and should able to take effective decisions accordingly. From the Gallup
psychometric test, I have analysed that as a leader I am efficient to take responsibilities of my
organisation and I am quite capable in performing my task in an effective manner which brings
the productive result in the context of the organisation (Hougaard, Carter & Coutts, 2016). As a
leader, it is essential for me to take responsibilities of my employees through which I can guide
them and can develop timeline management in performing the task which creates a good impact
on the performance of employees and leads to accomplishing the goals of the organisation in an
effective manner.
Consistency skills help me in developing effective management which will also result in my
self-development as a leader. Consistency is the essential trait of leadership, through which I am
able to set dynamic environment at workplace which will result in employee engagement and
enhance the performance of the organisation (Hougaard, Carter & Coutts, 2016). I think that as a
leader, I should know the strength and weakness of my employees through which I can develop
consistency in the department by providing proper training and learning programme to them. As
a leader, I considered developing my consistency skills as it helps me in developing my potential
power through which I can empower and can provide sustainability to my organisation. The
Gallup psychometric test, help me in analysing what I have restorative leadership skills as I
was quite surprised by this result because I didn't aware about such skills present in me. These
skills have to help me in my self-development and develop my self-awareness that how
education, wellbeing behaviour in the organisation and consulting will develop an effective
relationship with employees in the organisation (Frost, 2014). These skills help me in developing
a sustainable environment at the organisation. Along with this, I am learning more to develop
more restorative skills in me as a leader (Frost, 2014).
Further, I have analysed from the Gallup psychometric test that I have adaptive and futuristic
leadership skills. These skills are playing an essential role in my self-development as a leader
because being a leader I should analyse all the factors which would create an impact on the

future of the organisation. Along with this, I am quite capable of analysing future strategies
which will help in maintaining the sustainability of the organisation. On the other hand, adaptive
skills help me in analysing and implementing necessary changes in the organisation as per the
changing environment which will lead to benefits for the organisation (Hougaard, Carter &
Coutts, 2016).
As per these Gallup psychometric test, I would like to develop more leadership skills in future
for me which will lead to self-development and productive result in the context of the
organisation.
