The major concepts and points covered in this week were:
i) Self awareness in relation to developing leadership trait
ii) Value recognition so as to provide basic guidelines in an organization
iii) Definition of attitudes and explanation of leadership qualities in relation

The key areas of learning for me are:
i) Dimensions of personality
ii) Locus of Control

My thoughts on how these concepts and learning points can improve a
leader’s performance are:
I would prefer to discuss on cognitive differences. This would focus on the basic
understanding of the entire case pertaining to the effective changes in terms of
creating value for the entire case so as to find out how the major understanding
would be taken into consideration. Hermann’s whole brain model can be taken
into consideration to improve logical, organized and interpersonal thought process.
My thoughts and feelings on the leadership self insight questions and my

My other thoughts feelings and comments are:
I would like to incorporate different awareness elements within me so that I can
improve my leadership style. Since I have my own thought process and philosophy
of leadership, I personally believe that this would amalgamate the learning and
prove it to be better in quality.
