The scope of this report is to enlighten the reader with the details about my personality and
presence of leadership skills in my behavior. The report revolves around the analysis of
leadership behavior present in the environment along with the analysis of leadership instinct
present in my behavior. My strengths have been evaluated in the paper and analysis of
leadership style that I should use is elaborated in the report. This analysis would help me
attain better understanding about my behavior and skills that I should implement for
professional competencies in my future course of life.
My Leadership Strengths
My leadership strengths have been evaluated in the paper by using self-assessment leadership
tools. The leadership tool helped me in analyzing my strengths and weaknesses in becoming
a great leader in the business environment. The self-assessment tool accurately helped me in
