Overview
The scope of this report is to enlighten the reader with the details about my personality and
presence of leadership skills in my behavior. The report revolves around the analysis of
leadership behavior present in the environment along with the analysis of leadership instinct
present in my behavior. My strengths have been evaluated in the paper and analysis of
leadership style that I should use is elaborated in the report. This analysis would help me
attain better understanding about my behavior and skills that I should implement for
professional competencies in my future course of life.
My Leadership Strengths
My leadership strengths have been evaluated in the paper by using self-assessment leadership
tools. The leadership tool helped me in analyzing my strengths and weaknesses in becoming
a great leader in the business environment. The self-assessment tool accurately helped me in
finding my strengths and ways in which I can introduce them in my professional growth.
Through this analysis, it was found out that my biggest strength is my positive behavior
which helps me in solving most of the business related to personal or professional life. This
positive behavior helps me in finding solution to most of the problems present in the
environment.
Through the self-assessment, it was also evaluated that apart from positive behavior, I hold
the visionary skills in my behavior. Visionary means that a person holds the competency to
have dreams and get ambitious about them. I believe that this skills would take me to a long
way because it would help them to have a futuristic vision and believe in myself as well.
Visionary behavior would help me to attain a vision for a future position and life; however,
positive attitude in my behavior would help me in proceeding in these futuristic goals.

Thus, I believe that this is one of the most crucial feature that would help me to grow and
become successful in the environment. Lastly, I have quality of clarity in my behavior which
helps me eliminating the confusions from the environment and choosing the best given
option. Clarity in behavior in not attained by many people nowadays because there are many
options available which makes it difficult for the people to choose best option in the given
scenario. Thus, I believe that these given strengths in my behavior that I believe would
successfully help me to differentiate myself from others and attain competitive advantage in
the environment as well.
Matching Strengths with Leadership Roles
Based on my strengths mentioned above, I believe that for me, best leadership style would be
the one that is supportive to the people in the society because at the end, a leader is one who
supports others and work for others. Therefore, situational leadership is the one that I should
implement in my future professional life. Situational leadership refers to the leadership that is
implemented by leader while considering the need of the environment.
This type of leadership does not practice single strategy that is being adopted by the leader,
but it practice the strategies based on the current situation in which the leader and other
people are present. Thus, I believe that I should make use of situational leadership style along
with the use of participative leadership style. Participative leadership would help me in
providing opportunity to other people to become a leader in the business environment
(Ruben, and Gigliotti 2017).
Impact of My Strengths on Suitable Leadership Styles
I believe that my leadership strengths would help me in attaining the best position in the
environment by making use of above mentioned leadership style as well. This type of

the environment. I believe that my strengths would successfully enhance my leadership skills
in the environment. These skills combined with the strategies would make the best
combination in the environment. Also, these leadership skills would help me in increasing my
strengths in the environment.
I believe that my strengths are extremely suitable for the given strategic leadership because it
eventually combines to provide best benefits to the people at large. I believe that a leader is
one who works for other and find happiness in their growth. Positivity, visionary and clarity
in my behavior would help me in looking forward to the future with a vision and
implementing it with a positive approach as well.
Positive approach would help me influencing others with my leadership approach and making
it possible in the society as well. Lastly, clarity in situational leadership would provide clarity
of the vision to rest of the people in the society as well. Such positivity in the vision and
clarity in the actions makes it easy for the people to trust on the functions of the leader and
achieve a better position in the environment as well.
Justification (theorization) of the chosen Leadership
Style
According to behavioral theory of leadership, leadership process is related to the concept of
learning in which a person learns several things in the environment by the analysis of the
environment and behavior of other people as well. This theory explains that behavior in
people is acquired through conditioning. A person needs to constantly work on their behavior
so as to become a good leader in the environment. Therefore, I can say that I have attained
this behavior through constant learning and developing my behavior as well. Thus, I can say

that along with myself, the society has played major role in influencing my behavior making
me a person that I am today.
According to this theory, I have learned leadership aspects from the environment and through
learning; therefore I need to implement the leadership skill in the environment that supports
the thought of people and support them as well. Therefore, situational leadership along with
participatory style would successfully help me in becoming a great leader in the professional
environment and becoming successful as well. This theory clearly explains that one needs to
be consistent learner in their behavior if they want to become a good leader in the society.
