INTRODUCTION
The self managed learning is very essential in relation to have development in personal
and professional learning. It is very helpful in order to determine self assessment process in
systematic order. It is important tool in order to determine and evaluate approaches so that
individual can have life long learning in manner to achieve objective of organisation (Willis and
Royne, M.B., 2017). It is very effective process because it gives chance to firm person to come
up with new kind of strategies. In this present report the following this are considered in this
relation are as Approaches, various techniques in relation to life long learning and evaluation of
benefits in relation to develop self managed learning.

1.1 Description on approaches of self managed learning.
Self managed learning is very important technique in order to enhancing the knowledge
of individual or their commitment toward work (Walter and et.al., 2017). This is very helpful in
manner to achieve high success with proper dedication into organisational work. In present time
there are various approaches are available which is very helpful in order to make this process
more effective. It is a kind of visionary formulation. With the help of this individual can
understand the future trends and learning outcome can be improvised in effective and efficient
manner. In this manner the future need of person can be known and better steps is to be taken.
Under this approach, person can work in flexible manner and framed significant strategy to make
effective self management learning (Seibert and et.al., 2017). If there is another approach is
taking by person, being an opportunists individual can formulate his working in manner to
enhancing their level of learning in efficient process. It also defines the sense of respect for other
so that each and every person can perform their business activities efficiently with togetherness.

welcoming psychological challenge or increasing the pressure of work will help in manner to
improve learning capacity and encouraged people to get involve themselves in continuous
process of learning. To face healthy competition is very important to have personal development
skills. This kind of technique is very essential in order to make effective life long learning in

1.3 Make evaluation of benefit of self managed learning in relation to both organisational and
individuals.
There are various kind of welfare to individual are available in this regard are as-
Benefits to organisation- The major responsibility in this manner are as person should be
dedicated to perform their business function well effectively. This kind of function is very
essential for travel and tourist sector because by working in this manner they can get dynamic
and efficient employees (Farme and Tierney, 2017). If firm is having large number of employees
who are focusing over self managed learning can prove the market image of their own brand.
Benefits to individuals- By working in this manner they can reach to the highest position. With
the help of this individual can develop self managed learning into them. This kind of activity is
very helpful in manner to improve persona and profession learning by adopting self learning for
individuals. They can work in better and effective approach.

The self evaluation can be taken with the help of SWOT analysis are as-
Strength- In this individual can enhance its learning skills and can work in manner to develop
health relation and friendly behaviours (Gardsten, Mörtberg and Blomqvist, 2017).
Weakness- The main drawback in this relation is that due to high pressure workers get so much
stressed and became short tempered.
Opportunities- the individual can learn new skill and gain wide knowledge which can enhance
his talent.
Threat- it can be happen in manner of recession of money and health.

It is evaluated that there are advantages as well as disadvantage in performing of self
management learning. Being a training officer, I am taking various initiative steps in order to
provide effective training so they can develop their learning skills in large manner. It gives
productivity in individuals profile in near future.
2.2 Identification of development needs and activities require to them.
This can be identified with the help of gap analysis technique in following manner are as-
The gap analysis is refereed as particular gap between where to stand today and where have to
reach (Labore and et.al., 2017). In other words it can be known in better way with approach as
measuring difference between desired level and present state.
