Brief description of your results
On the basis of the Gallup test, I get to know some of my traits such as – adaptability, belief,
deliberative, self-assurance and command’ all these aspects play a vital role in my life and
assist me to become a good leader. After taking reviews of psychometric test, I am ready to
accept challenges and work accordingly; they also stated that sometimes I get panic.
Adaptable nature of people assists them to go with the flow (Renzulli and D’Souza, 2014).
As a human being, as being a leader upbeat and adaptive nature also helps in accepting
challenges and responds positively towards them. As an extrovert person, I can easily accept
changes which would be supportive for me in future to face external environment changes.
Being a leader, it is also essential for people to believe in themselves; it makes them able to
determine emotional and material needs. While working in an organisation; I need to believe
in my decisions as it also improves my confidence level. I also get to know that another role
of leadership is to putting command over assign tasks or activities of employees thus to
complete them adequately. This nature assists me to influence my subordinates for
accomplishing critical tasks or activities easily.
Your initial reactions to your result
When my colleagues provide me feedback on my confidence level; I feel pride as I always
believe in self-assurance; it means before delivering it to others I ensure about the work. This
will boom up my self-confidence and provide better opportunities. By considering current
situation, I think I have good leadership skills which support me to achieve career goals and
objectives but to become a strong leader in a reputable business organisation I need to
improve some of my areas. For example – I have to be more deliberative which would be
assistive to plan all activities or tasks in the best possible manner. To ensure success
planning, there is required to have close and trustworthy friends as they could provide better
guidance to make necessary modifications (Landis, et. al., 2014).
Hence, after getting feedbacks from psychometric tests and colleagues I realised that I need
to improve my some of the areas, for example – to put a better command over tasks I should
develop my ideas and measure what would happen in future to find better solutions of
problems. They suggest me to find causes on which I believe it and support the same. After

unfair advantages; this result makes me think to improve that thing because there is an
environment where people know what is expected from them (Algahtani, 2014). Apart from
this, I have good communication skills as per the Gallup report; I am likely to explain, speak,
host and describe in public. It is one of the essential qualities of leaders so that according to
their feedback I need to acquire some communication ideas which divert public attention,
capture it and lock it. These comments on my strengthen make me quite numb but yes they
are also helpful for me to turn mine strengthens into potentials.
