INTRODUCTION
Leadership is a very essential element in the organization so that there is a better
functioning and monitoring in the organization which is going to be very helpful. There is a
sense of direction and training which can be provided to the employees so that there is a well
balanced performance in the organization. Standards of the organization have to match and the
demands of the customers have to match as well in the company which is a very important factor
to get higher profit margins. In this report there is a discussion on self reflective journey of
myself as a leader and the plan for the future so that I could become a better leader in the future
and grow myself in the industry.
MAIN BODY
Objectives
The objective of this plan is to improve my leadership qualities so that can I have a better
growth for the future. According to be there are a lot of strengths I have as a leader which is
going to be very helpful for the long run in the industry which are adaptability which means
adjusting to the changes. It is very important for the leaders to have this quality in them so that
the leaders can get the changes in the industry according to the customers demand and needs.
Second strength of mine is include which is having a accepted everything and everyone around
me in the industry so that the functioning of the business is smoother and fair for all. Ideation is
just another important factor and strength in a leader which is present in me. New ideas are
welcomed by me in any aspect of life or professional field and there are a lot of ideas I have
myself which can be used in the growth. Positive learning attitude and empathy is present in me
which are a good leadership quality as well. Positivity is very important in a leader because they
can make the working for the other people in the same environment healthier but empathy can be
a negative and a positive quality of a leader (Muñoz, 2019).
The negative qualities I have in me which needs improvement as a leader are restorative
which is problem solving. There are a lot of problems which come in the organization or in any

the future which is a very essential factor which I need in me. There are plans and structure I will
have to prepare for myself so that I can grow in this field which is going to be very advantageous
for the organization and my bright future (Gilliam and et.al., 2016). As a leader I do not want to
make mistakes which is going to affect me or my career and I also like doing everything
perfectly which is why improving myself and then getting in this field is going to very
advantageous for me. There is a lot of improvement which needs to take place in me which is
increasing the knowledge and experience those changes as a leader is also very important. To
deal with situations I need to have experience in the learning I do to improve my leadership style
so that I can mould it according to situations. All the situations do not need the same method or
approach which has to be understood by me so that I can improve accordingly.
It will take 5 years for me to improve according to the plan because that is going to help
me improve as a professional. As a leader I need to improve so that I can set example for other to
follow and make the functioning better which is going to help the company have a better
standards for themselves and maintain the reputation in the market. I cannot have a negative
impact on the employees or the people who will be working under me so as a leader whatever
measures are taken by me or actions have to be perfect so that there is a better functioning. If I
had taken 2 years duration then I would have improved but there would not have been a change
in the leadership style. There are a lot of ideas and styles I have in mind which need clarification

a very important factor. Way forward are the steps or action which I need to take so that I can
improve myself and remove the obstacles in my life so that I can reach my goals. I have a long
journey in this field which I have to improve and adapt to a lot of changes in myself as well so
that I can have a better future in this field or industry. The steps have to be taken appropriately so
