INTRODUCTION
In this report, there is discussion about three types of challenges – T shirt, apprenticeship and
presentation. There is explanation about different skills and abilities that are developed within a
person. Each team member made contributions to the project, making it less difficult and
sometimes even pleasant.
MAIN BODY
Apprentice Challenge
My colleagues and I collaborated successfully and cooperatively throughout the apprentice
assignment. We are constantly on task and made good use of our class time. We plan to create a
timetable at the outset of the project that described everything we needed to do and by when we
believed it should be completed. We also stated what each member of the group needed to do in
order to meet our deadlinesEven when folks were absent from class, we took careful to keep
them informed about our progress, allowing them to remain actively involved in what we were
doing. Although it took some time and thought to come up with our product Nanotips at first, we
remained optimistic and committed to create what we believed would be a successful product. I
genuinely believe that each member of our group was enthusiastic about and proud of our final
product and overall assignment. Out all the ideas that were discussed in class, I was the project
coordinator. On the weekend, I'll choose a topic to research during the week to help me keep
focused and productive. It might come from anything I read, but it may also come from
something I see on social media, a statement I hear, or just something that comes to me while
doing yard work. I've discovered that focusing on a certain issue allows me to be more aware of
my surroundings. It directs how I spend my time online, seeking for individuals who can assist
me, teach me, and challenge me to think in new ways. You may choose a book, an essay, or a
particularly interesting Twitter thread. Spend a little time focusing on the activity via this lens, if
you do this. In contrast to the action plans, we've identified nine specific suggestions that
businesses and the IfATE may and should implement in the next hours and days to expand on the
changes and make apprenticeships work for everyone. These do not cover all areas of
apprenticeship policy, and there is undoubtedly need for more change, particularly in the case of
apprenticeship for people aged 25 and over, when the complete structure and scale of an
apprenticeship program frequently does not match an employer's workforce development goals.

And that is where we feel that a continuing evaluation of the Levy's discretion in use would be
beneficial, even if it is evident that there are still issues around the levy's gathering and usage.
Presentation Challenge
After some trial and error, I came up with my own method of combining reading and journaling.
I add photos and links on my iPad. I read for around 15 minutes before writing about my
teaching approach from that perspective. I can toss a link in and then immediately access it when
I'm writing because it syncs with my phone. I started with various educational books for my
sources, but quickly moved on to diaries and other non-educational literature since it challenged
me to think about what I'm doing in new ways and helped me see knowledge from new eyes.
Along with collaborative skills, one of the most crucial abilities a graduate student must have
nowadays is the ability to present. You won't be able to work as a higher-level manager if you
don't know how to give a good presentation. In this piece, I'll focus solely on the value of
presenting skills and how they've improved my academic and social lives since I and the
presentations became friends. But first, allow me to share a personal tale about my struggles with
public speaking. So, I've always been afraid of public speaking, despite the fact that this was not
the case when I was younger. In order to build strong relationships with others, I will use the best
technique of effective leadership in my students and professional life. One of my big flaws is that
I am hesitant to engage in more interactions with people since it may harm my reputation at work
and in class. As a result, I'll have to work on this in the future. In the future, I plan to concentrate
on honing an effective and friendly leadership talent that allows me to form appealing and long-
lasting relationships with people. A person with an introverted disposition who is competent of
monitoring others' behaviors and communicating successfully with a small group of individuals.
When it comes to introvert leadership, a person's primary goal is to be alone in order to recharge
the brain and make productive decisions. My leadership style is characterized by humility,
treating everyone with dignity and respect, listening to understand, being real with others about
thoughts, thoughts, and difficulties, respecting the times, and persuading and supporting others.
T-shirt Challenge
In my working life, I've discovered that most individuals are encouraged to actively participate in
the workplace when they perceive they aren't being intimidated by management. In this
approach, a healthy environment inside the organization develops since most individuals get
involved with one another, and favourable word of mouth about the leadership of the business

develops in the workplace. Previously, I felt that good leadership required technical progression
and learning, but today I feel that an effective leader must be the sort of person who cultivates a

player but not an intelligent man, yet a good manager can also be an effective leader. When I
witness the team members' reactions to their leader, I can see how a slight variation in
personality may be efficiently controlled in the workplace using amicable management skills. In
the instance of poor supplier performance, I successfully defended my case in front of T-shirt
management, who is blaming my lack of performance on my irresponsibility. At the time, I
believed in the self-realization philosophy that a successful leader should be able to deal with
any adversity with a positive attitude. After completing this work, it was determined that, as a
manager, I managed all bad situations more effectively since, in that case, I displayed a clear
image of all papers demonstrating that I was not accountable for such neglect. At the moment, I
discovered that having a backup plan and legitimate documentation is one of the most effective
strategies to ensure that senior management understands all of the crucial issues. In the future, I
plan to work on improving my communication abilities and being more sociable. There's a risk
that the corporation will offer workload compensation ahead of other normal workers in the
future. In this circumstance, I learnt a lot about the value of an outgoing personality in the job.
This way, a person gets aware of how to communicate with others in a proper manner. Many
occurrences in my life have drastically altered the way I think, speak, and learn about connected
perceptual values. People in today's society are joined by symbols and logos, and they feel a
feeling of belonging to something larger than themselves. Have you ever wondered why various
professional sports teams use custom-designed uniforms? Corporate teams have realized that
personalised t-shirts are required for more than just team identification. Custom t-shirts may
easily instill a sense of solidarity, team spirit, and a desire to work even more in your business
team. A team is supposed to stick together and work together to conquer the most difficult
obstacles. When each employee wears the same unique t-shirt, it provides a sense of togetherness
that they are all working towards a common goal. In front of others, I am an introvert personality
type that seldom converses with a large group of individuals at the same time. Rather of seeking
outward stimulation, I concentrate on my interior sensations, thoughts, and moods. There's a risk
that the corporation will offer workload compensation ahead of other normal workers in the
future. I learnt a lot about the value of extrovert personality in the job in this circumstance as

respect of my psychological state, I am dedicated to reaching my goal in any way feasible, such
as by hardworking both on sides of the argument, namely school and profession. But, when it
comes to people, I'm also a sensitive individual. My enthusiasm is the most important factor in
my achievement. When I'm worried, I become silent and thoroughly assess the problem in order
to come up with a solution. I don't want to be unpleasant to anyone, but my conduct does change
as a result of my workload from moment to time. T-shirts are an excellent alternative for a casual
uniform that a business might provide to its staff. Wearing the same clothing every day saves
your staff time and eliminates the stress of having to choose something new to wear every day at
work. T-shirts are a pleasant uniform to wear on a daily basis. They normally have short sleeves
and are constructed of soft cotton material, and they come in a variety of sizes to match different
body types. They may be tucked in to offer staff a professional appearance while also preventing
them from becoming overheated on hot summer days. T-shirts with various postings can be
presented to those in administrative positions, while salespeople's t-shirts can be customized.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it is evaluated that there are different skills which are developed
while maintaining business. There are different ways that help in managing and creating ways to
enhance the management as well as business skills.
