Personal development plan and leadership determine the skills by which individual can
enhance the effectiveness and responsibility towards the objective and goals of the individual.
This is normally a roadmap for the individual to guide them for their growth and leadership
skills. Personal development plan helps the person in their action plan and individual goals
which they want to achieve. In PDP the strength, weakness, opportunity, threats to meet the
goals of the person is included (Shaheen, and Hameed, 2020). This report includes the
information about the PDP, leadership skills and management skills. This will include the
mental, social, emotional factor in the person life.

Leadership: Leadership basically is a mapping out the people vision and influence them towards
their goals and objective for the betterment of themselves (Daniëls, Hondeghem, and Dochy,
2019). Leader basically inspire the people, team to achieve the success and build their future well
in order to maintain the build perfectly. Leader main work is concern with the team and inspire
people and motivate them.
Management: Management leads towards the administration, task and coordinating between the
team of the organization in which each individual performing well for the betterment of the
organization. Management includes the planning, controlling, organizing, staffing by which
organization will get success and achievement for their own benefits (Deepak, and Jeyakumar,
2019).
Leadership describes by the many philosophers, according to the Author leadership is the most
influencing phenomenon for the people and enhance their ability of working in the organization
by motivating them lead them towards the work to be effective. Leadership enhance the personal
traits, variables, and the situational factors by which individual can affect and work on their for
the betterment of themselves (Rudolph, Rauvola, and Zacher, 2018). There are a lot of
leadership theory by which organization can improve in their business by enhance people ability.

are born not made in his great man theory, like there is a lot of scenarios in which some people

organization in which they are in order to succeed. He describes about the events that makes

by which they will establish the perfect management function in the organization by which the
organization easily success and get motivated (Podsakoff, and Podsakoff, 2019). Perfect
management function in the organization does not require more leaders if the organization has a
management in there. Even they also describe the management administrator by which the
organization get perfection.

I am required to improver my leadership skill which will help me to conduct myself and other as
well. Along with this, at first I required to evaluate myself so that I can understand and manage
my abilities and improve them in the perfect manner. There are a million of self-employed
people in the country United Kingdom. In recent research it has been founded that 60% of people
are doing their own business and managing the own companies in UK and that is what I too want
to do in my career. There are plenty reasons to choose this industry and go self-employed. I like
this field as I love to be my own boss, I am a person who believe in myself and my capabilities
from which I can manage my own business and contracts with the huge entrepreneur.
Yes, it is obvious that every field and department has its own cos and pros but dealing
with them is a responsibility and duty of mine to drive my business at successful position. Well,
from this department I am sure that I will get an opportunity to learn so many things, and I am

handle all these responsibilities in the perfect manner. I believe that with a good leadership skill I
will be able to manage the organization surrounding and improve the productivity in the future.
To understand all these strategies and theories identified that I need to follow and apply some
unique management skills from which I will be able to grow and develop my own business at
higher level(Dimopoulos, 2020).

Planning and plotting: In business field or any organization it is important to create a design of
the work process and how to achieve a target. Planning plays a vital role in any department,
accurate planning of commercial, finance, management and all other activities requires this
factor for maintaining then stable growth. This factor includes risk management, project
management and action planning.
Communication: After the planning the communication process is needed to make a valuable
conversation. It is like when a person or an individual makes a good communication relation
from which they can get and approach a better understanding to each other. A good listener can
become a good leader (Bertrand, and Rodela, 2018). Communication is the way of delivering the
information and ideas to another person.
People Management: A good leadership skill is display when a manager knows and understand
the value of their employee. Leader is the one who is responsible for making a good environment

from a company will lead on organization to a better growth. Employee is the one who put the
efforts to de;over the products and services.
Decision-making: In many organizations, management do not involve their employee in the
decision-making process. Adding and involving the employee in such decision meeting can
provide a different ideologies and strategies which can be useful for the growth of the
ideologies instead of following someone else theories.
This is the main reason behind my target profession, which I really want to follow and
achieve a high growth in this sector. Chasing this self-improvement field, I have to face so many
obstacles and issues regarding the management such as finance, employee, product and
promotion strategy and most important a good leadership skill which will only make myself to
handle all these responsibilities in the perfect manner. I believe that with a good leadership skill I
will be able to manage the organization surrounding and improve the productivity in the future.
To understand all these strategies and theories identified that I need to follow and apply some
unique management skills from which I will be able to grow and develop my own business at
higher level(Dimopoulos, 2020).
Leadership and management skill.
Planning and plotting: In business field or any organization it is important to create a design of
the work process and how to achieve a target. Planning plays a vital role in any department,
accurate planning of commercial, finance, management and all other activities requires this
factor for maintaining then stable growth. This factor includes risk management, project
management and action planning.
Communication: After the planning the communication process is needed to make a valuable
conversation. It is like when a person or an individual makes a good communication relation
from which they can get and approach a better understanding to each other. A good listener can
become a good leader (Bertrand, and Rodela, 2018). Communication is the way of delivering the
information and ideas to another person.
People Management: A good leadership skill is display when a manager knows and understand
the value of their employee. Leader is the one who is responsible for making a good environment

load and duties employee get demotivated and not able to provide a goof productivity. Being a
good manager makes them feel motivated and courageous by making a good conversation, about
their mentality and also makes a familiar behaviour to them and boost their motivation from
which a company can get an excellent result.
Problem-solving: In research, it has been identified that many of the organization do not support
and take actions regarding employee obstacles. A good management has to listen the problem of
their worker even consumer so that they can feel free to communicate and get a satisfied solution
(Thomson, 2017). A leader or manger must have problem-solving skills, from that only they can
resolve the management issues.

Aptitude Test: This test helps in identifying the candidate's psychological abilities. It includes
numerical, verbal, inductive, logical, error checking and diagrammatic factors (Modeste and
et.al., 2020). All these activities have its different purpose to evaluate. Looking at my
performance of aptitude test I am quite good in verbal, diagrammatic and in error checking
element. I like to do written speeches with diagrammatic skills and also have a feeling of
checking my own mistakes and errors with myself. I need to improve my numerical, inductive
and logical skills as it is important for the future growth.
Behaviour: It is already clear with the term behaviour, it helps in understanding a candidate's
nature and manner style. This function has been evaluated because in an organization it is
required to be looks professional and have a good nature with everyone in the company. I am
very professional and have a good behaviour skill in myself, I always talk and communicate with
people in a very nice and good way which will help me at the work place. A person behaviour is
the tool which reflects the organization environment and surrounding.
