4.1 Plan the development of leadership skills for a specific
requirement
Leadership is one of the term that is difficult to define.
I as a management consultant is force leaders of the my
organisation towards the development and leadership
and training program in order to build there personal
insights which help them think and understand first and
than work accordingly to achieve the desired
objective. If I want to expand the business than in that
case better understanding of leadership behaviour is
very necessary.

4.2 Report on the usefulness of methods used to plan the
development of leadership skills
There are variety of methods that can be used by the
organisation to develop its leadership skills. Self
awareness, identification of leaders potential, acknowledge
the strength and weakness of the leaders, and development
of the core competency as some of the method that can be
used used.
Use of methods like integrity, coaching and mentoring
provides feedback, advice and developmental actions
which will help the company. Classroom education like
role modelling, games, presentation, imitations are some of
the activities that can assist the leader to grow and develop
its leadership skills.

of the leadership of seminars and conference should be
conducted. Thus, use of all the above methods are very
important for the development of a good leader.

company to easily use transformational leadership
style within an organisation at all the levels, consider
followers. This in turn will create a positive outcome
at all the levels. Company's which undertake
transformational style of leadership are able to
generate more productivity and profitability. In
