Assessment of leadership style
I attend the lectures in order to enhance and improve my skills and knowledge in effective as
well as efficient manner. During the lecture when the teacher is providing information to the
presented student in order to enhance their performance and help in developing the best career
path the teacher discuss various leadership style. The leadership style I can consider in the future
for improving and leading the members of the organization ( Adnan,. and Valliappan,, 2019).
During the lecture I determined that I am having the laissez-faire or degradative leadership style
as I easily trust on the people and believe in empowering the members of the organization as
they also contribute in the production of the company in effective as well as efficient manner. In
order to treat the employees of the organisation it is important to treat them as the assets of the
organisation rather them treating as the liability of the organization. In my opinion it is the most
convenient way to encourage the employees of the organization as this leadership style worked
as the rewards and promotion of the employees. Basically, I observed in the lectures that the with
the help of this style the leader give strength and meaningful job satisfaction to the employees of
the organisation. Along with that I am having the transformational style of leadership which is
discussed in the lecture. I personally believe in this leadership style because the taste and
preferences of the human is continuously changing so it is important to bring changes in the
workers too. I am capable enough to deliver feedback to the other people as I am good at
observing the people and believe in continuous improvement. Through the lecture I come to
know that with the help of this leadership style the individual person can bult the positive
culture in the organisation which encourage the people to increase the productivity and
profitability of the organisation. Due to that the teacher deliver information that the leader used
