LEADERSHIP
A good leader have many qualities which are important to make the team to
follows you. To make a good impression in the mind of team or follower I use
different methods and theories. These theories are contingency theory and Trait
theory. The business is consists of different phases it could be positive or negative.
But the most important thing is to change the working pattern as per the situation
this is more effective for the business and followers.
Next way to grow followers is to make the impression by implement self
knowledge to improve the working of team. For this I learn new things and gain the
experience. This experience help me to improve the methods and procedures to. By
this way the employees gets encouraged to work and perform better.
As a team leader the image of leadership have major impact on the
employees. My work in the team is to work with the team and give them support.
To communicate the directions and build the commitment in the employees I
communicate with them to reduce their stress and motivate them to improve their
performance. My image develops by the way I communicate and behave with the
employees. My experience as a leader is good for the employees and their work. By
sharing individual experience can help the employees to perform better. It is my
duty to develop good qualities in the employees by sharing the experience. It is an
investment to made by me for the team to achieve the goals of the company.
As a leader it is important to know the individual skills I am carrying and
what are the skills I need to learn. This can improve my leadership skills. For this
the best way is to conduct survey in the team.

As per the evaluation of my skills by conducting a feedback session of the
team members. The most of them are satisfied with the skills I have but there are
some areas where I need some improvement. According to the reviews of the
employees I need to improve my communication, leadership, and decision making
skills. For the development of the skills I had to create the development plan to
improve the skills.
As per the team observation and their experience they are satisfied with my
skills and methods I use. Some employees are not satisfied with my communication
skills while I am explaining the plans and methods to them. Cause of the rules and
methods which I have followed and they decided by the company and it creates the
restrictions to the creativity of mine. The employees have observed that some
decisions with in the teams are not that much effective for the goal completion and
implementation.
The strengths and weaknesses found in the feedback sessions are developed
through the personal development plan. The skills are enhanced and weaknesses are
overcome by joining the training and by attained the consultancy sessions. The
leadership skills a person should have to lead the team and manage the operation
with in the team better way are good communication, inspiring behaviour, good
decision making skills, better accountability, delegation and empowerment,
innovative behaviour and creativity.
This performance plan was consists of the development of the professional
skills which were scaled poor or average by the team members.
