the many skills to perform these activities. The main purpose of this report is to develop the
leadership mind.
Ways to develop the leadership skills

A great way is to develop the leadership mind is to take the more responsibility
towards the work and handle the more projects at a time. To leave the comfort zones is the
best way to develop the leadership mind because a person can learn the new things and he
also learn to manage the multiple things. More participation in the activities and projects
develops the skills of a person such as management skills, guiding skills and many others.
Increasing skills develops the leadership mind of a person (McCaffery, 2018).
Curiosity
To develop the leadership mind, a person should always have the curiosity to learn the
new things. Curiosity of learning new things develops the innovative and creative skills of a
leader in the person. A curious mind and love of learning is the part of leadership and that is
one of the skills of a good leader (Redmond, & Dolan, 2016).

with the people. Solving the conflict between the members is also a leadership skill for the
