effective and suitable action plan is developed that help to improve weak skills that enable an
individual to perform in defined manner to attain task with efficiency. This report covers
reflection based on critical thinking about my potential strengths as well as difficulties in
managing similar and different people. Along with that action plan to improve weak skills are
mentioned in this project report.

As per my point of view managing people is the most difficult task which is related to
developing, organising as well as solving their problems for attaining determined goals and
objectives in efficient manner. I have analysed that there is range of skills are required to
mitigate personality clashes among team members for the purpose of developing effective
performance management strategy. I have analysed that there are various situations are raised in
business that need to be handled in efficient manner for leading all business operations in right
direction. In business different background and characteristics employees work together that
create problem for managers to manage them and influence to perform in the direction of
attaining business goals and objectives (Chow, and Luzzeri, 2019). As per my point of view, in
business different people-management styles are implemented that help business to lead its
employee in right direction. I have researched that there are various people management styles
such as autocratic, democratic, persuasive and laissez-faire that are adopted by the organisation

If I was the leader of organisation than it always trust group member and include them in

communication skills. As a leader of team, I would provide freedom to members to compete
their work with efficiency, encourage them to use uniform procedure, permit them to use their
judgement for solve problems, I lead group efforts and take responsibility through becoming
representative of group (Jain, and Nair, 2019). I have pay attention on conflict that are occur at
work place, motivate team members to take initiatives attain determined goals and objectives in
efficient manner. All these actions reflects my strengths which improves my personality such as
problem solving skill, influencing skills, leadership skills and decision-making skills.
As per the results, I have analysed that leaders perform some things occasionally in
organisation to lead team in right direction like as a leader, I would provide my ideas in group
and work hard for promotion, develop planning regarding how things are perform in defined
manner and assign particular task to group members as well as provide them authority to
complete task in well-defined manner. I have analysed that as a leader I would never encourage
to work hard, needle members to put great efforts, push to increase production and various other.

people start their day with positive attitude then it is going to be good day for them because they
look all thing with positivity and focus on finding suitable answer than taking stress. From my

in specific work. I have emphasised on supporting team members through provide them proper

charm, I keep it with me that make me feel that every thing will be good with me.
