The report has been conducted on the aim to appreciate the meaning of leadership. As a
result of this exercise I gained significant opportunity to develop my employability skills on
leadership as well as management. Leadership is defined as an activity that include, provide
motivation to individual and teams in order to ensure continuity as well as order. In order to
conduct this effective information and in-depth research analysis is being conducted with the
help of written and verbal communication. In addition to this in order to evaluate case study team
working still is also being undertaken. All these skills helped me to enhance my level of
confidence in an effective manner. However I felt disappointed due to my weakness during the
first semester that also has negative impact upon my research. My weaknesses such as critical
thinking time management affected me to conduct my analysis. However these skills have been
improved by me from next week in which I critically analyse research with the help of proper
time management. It has been determined by me that for analysis I have developed action plan in
to take advantage of online courses in order to implement critical thinking approach to
effectively understand topics. Furthermore I will engage in more evaluation process with the help
of proper time management skills. It helps me to effectively enhance my personal as well as
professional skills through which I can assure more future growth opportunities in an effective
manner.
