Starbucks which is a biggest coffee chain in all over the world. Different methods are used by
this organization such as face to face interviews and interaction with their targeted audiences
and try to provide best quality of goods and services to them (Alberts and Altmann, 2012).
Quantitative and qualitative methods are mainly used in the research projects. They need to
attract large number of customers through offer best quality of products to them.
Starbucks provides the largest coffee chain. This company leads to improve the
satisfaction of the customer and it also improves then productivity of the company. Research
is very important to know about the company there is a need to identify the problems
