5c. Strategic concerns
The managing director could be smart and funny, but if he or she doesn't engage the employees
continuingly, all the effort and work of establishing a better strategic plan would be naught. The
employees should be informed and inspired during the application of strategic plans and
concerns. This enhances the full commitment to achieving strategic interests. (Ansoff, et al.
2018, p.6). The MD should clearly define what winning looks like to the employees. This would
enhance smooth flow from critical beginning to the creation of a clear destination with a clear
vision to the end. The various strategic concerns which affect developing organizations are;
meeting market demands, plans for the future, financial management, and cash flow, proper
systems, problem-solving, attitudes, and skills, then welcoming change. These strategic plans can
only be achievable if the MD sets the employees up for success by providing everything
essential for the achievement process like; internal training, motivation, appropriate tools, proper
clarity on the expected accomplishments. A good MD will ensure plenty of responses and
gratitude are provided regularly for addressing the organizational concerns this can be done
through holding consecutive meetings with employees to let them know the progress of the
issues. Lastly, a good manager should ensure he or she builds an atmosphere of trust, this will
help in managing the company effectively since the employees would be following the footsteps
of their leader, therefore, the MD should be cautious of his or her behavior. The trust can also be
maintained through emphasizing on the values and mission of the company as well as the
company's rules and regulation this will give the employees the right path as they work in the
organization.

6a. Leadership behavior, attitude and style
The vitality of leadership change and development is not striving for unity in leadership. It
shouldn’t concern the style of leadership but be a stylish leadership. Iqbal,et.al Says, “giving a
style to an individual’s character is a great and rare art”, “it is adopted by leaders who examine
all the strong points and drawbacks of their nature and fitting them into a creative plan until each
of them appear as an arty and reasonable and the drawbacks amuse the eye”( Iqbal, et.al, 2015,
p.8). Therefore, a leader should discover and establish his or her style and create a mutual culture
of leadership within an organization.
A leader is defined by his or her typical behavior, emphasis, and consequently, the most
compelling circumstances. Consequently, I would recommend that a good leader should adopt
the following leadership styles since they are accommodative, universal, and protect their
relationship with employees. They include directive, transactional, transformational, and
empowering leadership. On the issue of style, an approach is never based on thoughts that a
specific style is impeccable. But contingency is essential; this helps in realizing which method
suits a particular situation or role. Therefore different styles strategically are a vital task for
organizations today. The following leadership style is commendable because they are relativistic
since scientists confirmed these styles lack negative impacts. Therefore, I would recommend
them they include an aversive leadership, laisser-faire, and incidental style of leadership. The
attitudes which stand-out that I would recommend for an excellent leader to use in administration
are; positive communication, gratitude, uniting his team, empower and develop his team, show
empathy and take responsibility every time. According to Newman, "a good leader takes slight
more share of the blame, and a little less than his share of credit" (Newman et al., 2017, p.12). A
good leader should know that his or her attitude is weighty in an organization. A leader with

positive communication will impact the organization positively by making his or her choices
keenly by either congratulating, encouraging, ordering, or criticizing will vividly set a leader’s
tone of governing. Most importantly is gratitude a leader should spare time to appreciate the hard
work of the staff. This will help in building a reliable and trustworthy team, whereas leaders who
back order with less appreciation are deemed to lose the trust and respect of employees.
