INTRODUCTION
Personal development plan is the process that covers the activities of improving skills and
qualities of individual. It is the way for people to identify their talent and build their knowledge,
by enhance the quality of life and lead to maximize their potential for perceive dreams and
aspiration (Shariq, Mukhtar and Anwar, 2019).
The present report is based on knowledge and skills in leadership as well as in strategic
management. The report will cover the various activities of improving personal growth such as
identify knowledge and skills of leadership and strategic management, Theories of leadership,
contribution of other factors for achieving the personal and organizational vision and strategy.
Moreover, report will develop audit and personal development plan. It will also evaluate
the key factors needed to gain the commitment of internal stakeholders when communicating
vision. Lastly, report will assess the benefits of review and different tools that how these tools
can be used for the achievement of personal as well as organisational strategy.

Leadership style is helping to managing the group of people in order to achieving goals
and objectives. Thus, leader is the one who motivate and support the employees in order to
complete the task. There are different skills and knowledge of leader which require to
performing the particular task and objective of strategic management which described as follows
Communication skills It is essential skill which require for communicating the new ideas with
employees. This skill helps to influence the people in order to achieving the goal and objective of
organization (Frankel and PGCMS, 2019). Thus, by obtain this skill leader manage their team
members to discuss ideas, concerns, progress reports, etc. freely and openly.
Strategic thinking and problem solving skills – This skill is very essential as a leader of
strategic management because critical thinking is the best way of solving the problem which
arise in the work place. Thus, to developing the best corporate strategy and planning the critical
thinking and problem solving skill helps to set a reliable path and execute the plan.

particular task. So, they have ability to manage the work to take the decision in order to
