In order to achieve the strategic goals of an organization it depends mainly on the
personal and professional skill of strategic managers. Further in this research personal and
professional skills have been discussed in this assignment. Organizations depend upon capable
leadership to guide through different aspects. Therefore the study will further set the objectives
to meet the personal development which needs in the context of strategic. Analyse the factors
which impact on the creation of organisational vision. At the further section it will also define
the benefits of review.

Skills & Knowledge
Strategic Thinking : Strategic Thinking skills is the most essential skill which should have in
strategic leaders or managers. It helps to build an idea for the company vision where company
wants to achieve goals (Asah, Fatoki and Rungani, 2015).
Planning and Delivery : Planning and delivery skills is necessary important to be personally
organised and motivated as a leader. For presenting the planning and controlling it is very
necessary to form a differentiating result oriented task to be more energetic and forming the
company vision and mission.
People Management : the basic role of leaders is to motivate their leaders and followers into
more realizing form (Boylan, 2016). This is a very challenging skill for every leader to make how
to manage the group of a team.
Change Management : Change management knowledge and theories should have known by
the strategic managers to form and develop the strong action plan for the organisation
development. This knowledge of theories and concepts are very useful to determine the best
advantageous growth and more energetic goals and objectives.

Trait Theory : Trait theory of leadership defines the different traits which should have in
a leader within the organisation. Like As per the theory leader should have following traits such
as good personality, intellectual ability, Maturity, Fairness, Decision, Dominance, Diplomacy,
conceptual skills, etc. all such skills are very necessary for a personal development. Such skills in
a n individual can be profitable for the organisation as well. But on the same side, critics argues
that this theory is more relies on inborn traits and measures traits only after a person have
already consists a leader.

Behavioural Theory : As opposed to traits theory of behavioural resulted that it based
on the patter that affected employee satisfaction and performance. According to this leadership
concept it gives the greater satisfaction to followers and also recognize the better outcomes. It

Behavioural theory is manageable which inspiring the long term goals and also motivating the

Management theory by Henri Fayol : Fayol developed six function of management that work in

Justification
The major activities included in the development plan are Team Building skills, IT skills
and Change Management Knowledge. These objectives and skills that I have selected to work
upon will help me in developing necessary attributes that a manager should possess in order to

development but also act as a backup for achievement of organizational goals:-
Ayam Brand aims at encouraging consumption of naturally produced goods so that
consumers concentrated in Asia develop a healthier lifestyle and I also intend to develop
those skills that will help me in identifying and studying the constantly changing market
and therefore formulate best strategies for implementing and accommodating these
changes in the organizational practices.
Ayam Brand is also venturing into development of online market and by developing my
IT skills, I will be able to develop the site in a better manner thus attracting more
customers and increasing the revenue.
Activities for personal development
As identified in the personal skill audit conducted above, there are certain skills like
team building skills, change management skills, IT knowledge etc. which I need to work upon
and for that purpose I intend to follow a set of activities that will help me in accomplishing
those activities (Mittal and Dhar, 2015).
I am planning to join coaching classes for developing my IT skills where I will learn about
different tools and techniques related to latest technological developments. These skills
will help me in developing my core competency.
Reading various books on time management and team building skills will further assist
me in developing the ability of influencing others and thus become a successful
manager so that I can succeed at Ayam brand.

Like lack of resources this factor limit the growth of the development due to which company

Internal factors and external factors impact the communication of vision to
stakeholders. Stakeholders are the individuals who interested in the operations of a business.
Like customers, employees, investors, suppliers. But in such situations stakeholders are not
