Answer to Question 1
Analysis and Result of Type of Personality Possessed
After the participation in the personality test during the completion of the MBA
degree, it can be seen that the result of the type of personality is Protagonist. As per the test,
it can be identified that the different Protagonist kinds of leaders are the natural born leaders
who have full of passion and charisma in completing the different tasks (Demircioglu and
Audretsch 2017). The Protagonists gain great deal of joy as well as pride in guiding others to
work together which helps them in improving themselves and the entire community in which
they are performing the tasks. From the analysis of the result which has been generated, it can
be identified that the Protagonists are tru team players and it helps them in attaining the
different goals with the help of the different followers who are working under them.
Strengths and Weaknesses of Protagonist Personality Type
After the analysis of the personality type, there are different kinds of strengths along
with weaknesses which are required to be analyzed as it will be helpful for identifying the
risks which needs to be addressed in a proper manner. The different strengths and weaknesses
are described as follows:
Strengths
Firstly, the protagonists are team players and they listen to the different opinions of
the other individuals who are working with them even when the opinions contradict their
own. The opinions are considered to be important as they feel that constructive ideas are
essential which proves that they are tolerant (Kasriel 2016).

Secondly, the protagonists are reliable in nature as they believe that the ideas which
are provided by the different followers are constructive and it helps the followers to gain
more confidence and it motivates them in performing well (Rollag 2016).
Furthermore, the protagonists are the born leaders and they are Altruistic as the main
motive of the protagonists is to do good for the entire community and they end up in
managing the leadership roles at the request of the different followers. Furthermore, they are
the ones who cheer up the different followers and give them the confidence to work in a
suitable manner and provide them with positive vision (Kasriel 2016).
Weaknesses
Protagonists are too selfless and sensitive in approach which are the major
weaknesses in handling the teams in a proper and effective manner. They are the ones who
can bury themselves with the promises which are false and they strive hard to meet their word
(Demircioglu and Audretsch 2016). Furthermore, the sensitive approach of the different
Protagonists is the major drawback as the different criticisms are not being handled by them
appropriately and a little criticism takes place in their heart and it affects their morale.
The self-esteem is fluctuating in nature as they do not have any idea in handling the
team members in a stable manner. At times, the Protagonists prefer to gain different
criticisms and sometimes when they gain criticisms, they are so sensitive, they take the same
into their heart (Chen and Hou 2016). Due to the same, it fails in meeting the goals and the
self-confidence is fluctuating in nature.
Analysis of Strategies to Overcome Potential Disadvantages
From the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses, it can be identified that the

and off the job training is the main aspect which can be included in managing the self-
esteem as it will be beneficial in developing additional skills and improve the traits that will
help in staying calm under pressure (Audenaert et al. 2019). The self-awareness is the other
aspect that should be improved through managing the risks and decisions and improve morale
of employees appropriately.

Analysis of Different Strategies to Manage Negativity by Not Overwhelming by Stress
and Remaining Resilient and Manage Circumstances at Workplace
There can be different pressures present in the organizations and it affects the overall
productivity of the organization as the morale of the employees. In such scenario of different
obstacles and high pressure, the higher management officials take a demanding along with
confronted approach that can create negativity in the workplace (Brooks 2017). In the
respective scenario, proper management of the employees and the organization is the first and
foremost aspect which should be followed as it will enhance the productivity of the
workplace and gain competitive advantage (Brooks 2017).
The emotional agility is the respective approach that can be helpful for the people in
identifying the effect of the emotions on the actions along with behaviors. The main goal of
the emotional agility is to able to sift through the emotions in an objective manner. In order to
avoid the different negative thoughts among the different individuals in the workplace, that
does not drive them towards negative thoughts, however it will encourage them in revealing
the best of themselves appropriately (Olsson et al. 2019). The major truth is that the different
organizations are not agile, until the employees are agile and specifically emotional agile that

enable them in improving the tasks which are performed by them and it will help them in
overcoming the different circumstances in the workplace.
In the respective scenario, the proper agile leadership is the most crucial aspect that
will be helpful in building along with fostering the productive kind of connections within the
workplace. There is proper requirement of finding different techniques to inspire along with
cultivate a collaborative environment that will be reducing the negative consequences in the
workplace and it will improve the morale of the employees and improve their morale (David
and Congleton 2013). The proper incorporation of the different key concepts of emotional
agility in the development of the leadership programs can assist the organization in building
the agile leadership who have the different skills which are necessary in managing their own
emotions along with empathizing and connecting with others in a positive manner.
The self-aware leaders are the different aspects which should be followed as it helps
in demonstrating the resilience in the face of the different adversity or setbacks which is
taking place in the company (David and Congleton 2013). Through the usage of the own
experiences as a model, it will be assisting in helping the teams to build confidence along
with creating sense of purpose along with needed support. The agile leaders can be helpful in
becoming more adaptable to the different circumstances which are changing along with
demonstrating flexible thinking in the face of the unexpected challenges.
Therefore, the self-awareness along with emotional agility are the two major aspects
which should be followed by the leaders and the other members in the organization which
will be helpful for the different employees along with agile leaders to gain better sense of the
things that will motivate them and react to the different situations in a proper manner (Serrat
2017). Through the usage and incorporation of the emotional agility, it will be beneficial in
creating workplace driven values and there will be appropriateness in managing the different

identifying the four major movements of the agile leadership that can help the employees to
become more emotional agile which are as follows:
Showing Up- It is the first aspect in which the thoughts, behavior and emotions are
required to be faced as labelling such thoughts make it easier for understanding and
reacting to a respective situation (Jaiswal and Dhar 2015). Stepping Back- It is the next step in which detaching from situation is the aspect and
gain objective view on analyzing what is happening. It will be appropriate in
identifying the responses that will be appropriate for respective situation. Walking Your Why- The different emotional responses are being triggered as there is
threat to core values of person. In such scenario, the unbiased decisions are the most
effective aspect which should be followed as it will be helpful in improving the
scenario and gain more competitiveness (Jaiswal and Dhar 2015). Moving On- The respective leader needs to be mindful relating to the different kinds
of emotional response and incorporate the core values and it is necessary to allow the
different individuals to become mindful regarding the emotions and it will be helpful
for them in moving on (Amabile and Pratt 2016).

Analysis of Strategies to Ensure Clear and Open Communication Between Team
Members Operating in Different Countries Across Multiple Cultures
While working in the organizations, there are different employees who belongs to the
different cultures and due to the same reason, there are different cross-cultural differences
that affects the overall effectiveness of the company negatively. It has been seen and noticed

will be enhancing the growth and productivity of the company in an appropriate manner.

Secondly, being respectful is the other aspect that can be adopted by the different
members in the organization which will be enhancing the value of the different cultures. The
people from the different cultures needs to be handled in an appropriate and proper manner
through providing them with trainings as it will be enhancing their skills in performing the

managers and the employees as it will be help them in becoming familiar with the culture and
they may not feel uncomfortable in handling the different tasks in the organization. The
proper cultural awareness is the main approach that can be adopted by the company and the
managers of the company which will be helpful for influencing the different employees and it
will enhance their growth in the company appropriately (Cai et al. 2018).
Being supportive is the other important aspect which can be helpful for the company
that can be adopted by the members in the organization as it will make the parties
comfortable. The company and the higher officials of the company should treat them with

In the current scenario of the complex business environment, there are different
strategies which should be incorporated by the organizations in order to motivate the
employees and improve their morale that will help them in performing in a proper manner

is not the only motivator and it does not affect the morale of employees in a positive manner.
As a business leader, there can be creation of the business culture which will be helpful in
promoting the fulfillment of the career (Ross, Miller and Deuster, 2018). There are different
models such as self-determination theory which can be helpful in motivating the employees
as there are three psychological needs which is needed by the different individuals- the need
to feel competent, need to feel related along with need to feel autonomous. The motivation to
the employees comes from making them feel valuable and it will be beneficial for the success
of the company in a proper manner.
Firstly, there can be influential and supportive leadership approach which should be
incorporated by the company as it will be enhancing the morale of the employees working in
the company. Leadership is the key factor in motivating employees and the supportive leaders
work in a close manner with the employees and it acts as the powerful incentive that will be
effective in making the new and existing talents remain focused (Meyer 2015).
Secondly, creating a positive work environment is the other approach that can be
adopted by the managers in the company as it will be helpful in making the employees feel

mandatory to increase the job satisfaction and, in such scenario, the supportive leadership is
the main and effective aspect which should be adopted by the companies as it will enhance
their morale and the work will be performed in a positive manner (Afsar, Badir and Kiani
2016). The management of the company needs to address the different problems in a proper
manner as it will be enhancing their morale and they will be able to deal with the different
problems in an accurate manner.

Analysis of Strategies in Influencing Senior Employee in Making them Understand that
Ideas are Valuable for Growth of Organization
In the complex business environment, the communication plays a major role in

effectiveness of the company in a positive manner and it will be providing opportunities for

Team
