effectively conducting required practices. There are various issue and problem occur in the
organisation during the COVID 19. There is increase in absenteeism due to lack of effective leadership
strategies within organisation. Increase in absenteeism has affected business functioning as well as
influence overall performance of organisation. Due to this overall performance and practices of
organisation is affected. Increase in absenteeism will lead to affect over productivity of business and
influence over the working of organisation. leadership strategies are significant for providing direction
to respective company for successfully and effectively performing business practices.

Methodology and Data Resources
In this research different methods and approaches will be used for collecting data as well as correctly
performing research practices.
Data collection - For collecting data and information researcher is selecting random sampling method
in order to select sample size for gathering data. This report will include study of 30 employees who
are working in NHS company. In this researcher will provide questioner to 30 respondents in order to
collect information. For gathering data through interview methods, researcher has consider 5
responded. Information and data will be collected through online platform in order to over personal
contact as well as maintaining safety.
Data analysis - In this research, investigator is considering mixed approach that is qualitative and
quantitative approach. There are different methods of that qualitative such as content analysis, thematic
analysis and grounded theory. Quantitative consist of hypothesis testing, regression, correlation
statistics and so on. In context of this research for qualitative approach investigator has considered
thematic analysis will be consider and for quantitative correlation statistics is considered. Both of these
approaches are significant for successfully and effectively conducting research activities and
determining information in most significant manner.
Ethics - Researcher is conducting research practices in more ethical manner in order to significantly
conducting research practices. Investigator has considered ethical and moral practices while collecting
data or information for the respondents. Researcher is making sure that data collection is
confidentiality and privacy of information is considered.

Data Collection Approach
Data collection approach can be describe as they way of collecting and gathering information in order
to successfully perform business practices. It is essential for researcher to collect accurate and
appropriate data in order to take correct decision. In this research both primary and secondary data
will be used for conducting research. Primary data collection approach refers as the data which is
collected for the first time and provide more accurate information. This is significant method for
collecting direct and accurate information. Researcher who is collecting primary data is consider as the
owner of data. Through this method researcher will be able to determine different aspects as well as
gather specific information which is accurate to the research problems. This assist in better decision
making and successfully conducting research practices. Secondary method can be describe as the way
of gathering information for already collected data. This is effective method which helps saving cost
and time of the researcher. Through this method researcher will be able to gather more information is
less time.
