Leadership can be defined as the process of motivating and guiding other people within
the company so that they can work effectively (Ladkin, 2020). There are different types of
leadership styles that can be implemented by leaders within an organization based on the
situation. This report includes a comparison of the strategic leadership styles as well as
approaches along with their impact on organization culture.

Strategic leadership is primarily aimed at finding a balance between the long term focus
styles. There are different styles of strategic leadership such as coaching, directing, supporting
and coaching. Apart from this, there are also various approaches to strategic leadership that
ensure smooth functioning of the different operations. It is important for the leaders within an
organization to support their team members so that they work efficiently (Rosenbach, 2018).
They must direct the team members or their subordinates if they face any difficulties so that the
assigned tasks are completed well within the time frame. Not only this, the leaders should also be
approachable so that the team members do not feel left out. From the results of the tests that have
been undertaken, it can be said that both leadership style as well as approaches are inter related
with each other. But implementing appropriate leadership styles can prove to be more effective
and generate desired outcomes. This can further impact the organization culture in a positive
manner because all employees are committed to their work.

Leadership strategies serve an important purpose within organization and allows it to
attain its goals and objectives in an effective manner. Communication is one of the most
important strategy that can impact the organization direction to a great extent. This is because
effective communication ensures that the employees are aware of the different updates within the
company. If the leadership strategies adopted by the leaders will not be effective, the staff
members will not be able to work in the desired manner (Silva, 2016). For example, there should
be no discrimination between able and disabled people or people with dark or light skin tone.
This can affect their level of confidence and motivation in the company. Apart from this, there

laid on the amount of efforts that they put into completing their work. Therefore, it can be said
that effective leadership strategies can direct the organization to achieve its goals and objectives
in an efficient manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be said that leadership is a very important component
within an organization because it ensures that the employees work effectively towards their
goals. The leaders should always be supportive of their team members and guide them in case of
any difficulties. Different communication strategies should be adopted like creating a positive
work environment so that the organization is directed towards achieving high performance.
