In this report, an analysis will be done on the most suitable leadership strategies and the
cultural impact of the services of the Company over the environment. The different types of
leadership theories is analysed in order to know the most suitable leadership strategies for the
Company. The focus is also provided over the cultural impact of leadership strategies. The
research question is framed after analysing the challenges faced by the Company. BY using
PEST Analysis and 7S framework of McKinsey model, the analysis of the Company has been
done. The literature review has been done in order to understand the basic concept of
leadership strategies so that the most suitable leadership strategy can be find out. In the end,
on the bases of the analysis conclusion has been made.
Introduction of the Company
The Company named Spic and Span is offering cleaning services throughout the Singapore
and in other countries. The Company is providing excellent services to make the environment
germs free and clean. The Company has an exclusive staff members and cleaners with a lot of
experience. The home cleaning services are provided by the Company for the clients with
maintaining complete hygienic environment. The price is different according to the various
cleaning services like dusting, strain removing, mopping and other cleaning services (TIMES,
2020).
Spic and Span is totally focused on providing quality and cost effective services to its clients
with minimum time duration. The Company is working for maintaining a safe and germ free
environment so that the clients have to live in a clean and safer environment. The Company is

Companies, the company need to work hard for establishing a positive leadership strategy in
