The model has four dissimilar modes of thinking including analytical, sequential, interpersonal

than before. According to a recent finding, there emerges to be limited or no independent
evaluation of self report computation developed as organization training tools.
Reflection Strategy
As per the analysis, my thinking strategy is dispersed in all the four spheres of the brain and that
leads to focusing in all kinds of thinking rather than concentrating on one or two. It leads to
confusion in making decision in different circumstances. My learning strategy using Herrmann’s
model would be to improve my skills and expertise to react to a particular situation in my
workplace and achieve productivity and performance (Hughes, Hughes and Hodgkinson 2017).
To continue to facilitate continuous learning the foremost step would be to become a critic of my
own opinion and actions. After that I need to apply these into situations to develop my decision
making and problem solving skills in the organization. To work in a team and improve my
abilities to work in a team I need to be an active listener to reach success. When listening to the
other person, it is also important to analyze the valid points on what the argument is based on. It
is vital to listen to all other teammates and together take a decision in a non violent and
productive way. I will be able to approach to a situation with much more peaceful mindset and
quicker problem solving skills. It leads to everyone coming up with more open mind and meeting
the organizational goal.
Self-Leadership
According to the self leadership questionnaire, my top three dimensions of self leadership are
constructive through pattern strategies, behaviour focused strategies and natural reward strategies
(Steinbauer et al. 2014). The results were as expected as I tend to evaluate things on beliefs and
assumptions and I tend to talk to myself for better self assessment on situations in business

However, self assessment and self motivation has been greatest aspiration and inspiration and
learn from failures and never fail to try. It has been helpful both in my professional as well as
personal life as another person will not always be there to guide me therefore, I need to be
independent and honest in whatever I am doing. I prefer to set my short term and long term goals
to meet my objectives and analyze where do I lack and what can be improved to improve my
performance and focus on my goals. This pattern of behaviour relates to the outcomes I achieve
and in my career.

Three key articles relating to my leadership style would be visualizing, evaluating and
communication. I need to develop strategies so that I can work on my communication and
interaction process to meet better performing results. Communication is the key to a successful
organization or business or any relationship (Amundsen and Martinsen 2015). I need to discuss

strategies through these sites. They should not be allowed to use their personal account or blog to
use in office hours. Any employee seen to breach or perform any misconduct, strict action would
be taken against him and dismissed from the agency. Policy should be implemented keeping in
mind the rules and regulations of the government and maintaining the goodwill and reputation of
the employers. The employees should be allowed to use social media only to a certain extent of
relating to work so that people can easily find and learn about the agency and contact us for any
further information. Social media can also be used to take reviews and feedback from other
people to improve the service of the agency. The rational decision making model is used to
implement the social media policy. Firstly, the problem will be identified, then information will
be gathered on how to solve the problem, the situation should be analyzed and understood,

work and appropriate decision should be acted upon.
