The development of self-awareness of leader not only improves the confidence of the

The belief of a leader is very important when it comes to the aspect of self-awareness.
The self-awareness of a leader depends largely on what the leader believes and whether they
have enough confidence to improve themselves and whether they are able to improve themselves
on a daily basis. Self-awareness in a leader happens slowly and it takes a certain span of time
before a leader can be a better version of themselves. Belief and ethical standard of a leader is
very important in improving their self-awareness (Sturm, Taylor, Atwater & Braddy, 2014). The
various ethical standard which is followed by the leader helps them in understand the action of
the employees who is working under the leader. If the leader are ethical then they can easily
identify the various unethical actions which are being conducted in the workplace.
Leading a team by motivating each individual
A better collaboration among the team members needs to be conducted so that they feel
interested in working as a team. Every suggestions from each of the members of the team
needs to be addressed and their thoughts must be taken into account. Unproductive meetings
need to be avoided as meetings which are not needed wastes a lot of time for the employees. The

motivated enough to work for the betterment of the company. The good members of the team
must be retained as they are the backbone of the team and the leaders can depend on them when
the time comes. The environment of the office must be aptly maintained so that the team
members finds it easier to conduct their business. Promotion of happiness must be conducted in a
business scenarios and the employees of the team must be happy of the work they are doing. If
the members of the teams are happy then they will be able to do their work in a proper manner
and there are increased chances that their performance will be enhanced (Wang, Kim & Lee,
2016). The aspect of self-development must be facilitated in the team as it will help the
employees improve.

the team must be eligible in working within their potential and must be self-motivated so that
they do not have problem in working in remote areas (Nesheim & Gressgård, 2014).
The purpose of the team must be properly explained and the mission and vision of the
team must be explained in a proper way. A common goal must be set for all the members of the
team. A proper team charter must be made for the members of the team so that they can all have
the same goal and they work towards implementing their steps in working as a team in reaching
